A good location for the most part. Food comes out in a timely manner and is good but sometimes the wraps seem to be undersized for the price of it. Not the employees fault but still
Jimmy John's is always a good quick sub place. I like the roast beef and turkey. They have really really good kickin' ranch too. Bread is good and the sandwiches fill you up. Only problem now a day is how freaking expensive it has gotten, though not unique to Jimmy John's.
Had a quick dinner with my Wife. Good sandwiches fair value. Friendly staff.

Looking for delivery? Don't try here. Delivery unavailable even when they are open for another hour plus. Called to ask for delivery hours and was told it "just depends."
The drive thru at lunch time can take as long as 30 minutes. So much for Freaky Fast!
Worst place ever. I told them very specifically I was allergic to mayo, I get home to see there’s mayo on half the sandwich as if he started putting it on and then remembered. Never going there again
These folks do a super job. Always extremely busy over lunch hour. Orders move right along.
I have no idea how hard it is to answer the darn phone, but I called twice and no one could be bothered enough to pick up! Terrible customer service!
I ordered the Black and Blue from this store. Had almost no Blue Cheese on it. Kind of defeats the purpose of the sandwich. It was covered in Horseradish sauce and was not edible. You couldn't taste anything but that. I had to throw it in the trash. I left feed back to Jimmy Johns Corporate and they got back to me right away. They said they would "make it right" and forwarded my information to the owner of this location. A month later, they never attempted to reach out to me. I contacted Jimmy Johns corporate again and they forwarded my feedback and info to the owner for a second time. 3 days later and still nothing. The owner of this franchise could care less about you as the customer and if you have a bad experience. As long as they have your money, that's all they care about.
