Our family always comes here for breakfast or lunch we’ve never had a problem until today. From the start we got our name in the waiting list to get seated for 3. People after us were getting seated before us with the same party size. After everyone else was seated we finally got seated. (No problem we thought, no big deal) Waitress took our orders and brought our drinks and that was the last time she checked on us after an hour and 23 minutes to be exact. People that got seated after us were getting their food, people left and came and got their food but not us. We finally got up and decided to leave. Waitress finally acknowledged us and said “I’m so sorry!! Your food is about to come out. We said no, at this point we just want to pay for our drinks and we refused to wait any longer and be ignored! We understand they get busy, we understand being understaffed and backing up on orders. WE DONT UNDERSTAND BEING IGNORED AND MADE FEEL LIKE WE ARE INVISIBLE. Very disappointed
I got the buttermilk chicken with broccoli and macaroni and cheese. The food was great.The service was subpar. They weren't busy and the waitress couldn't seem to care less about our party of 6. I was in town visiting my sister after not seeing her for 5 years and our experience going out to eat here could have been better.
My family came here on a Sunday morning and it was not even half full. My iced tea smelled like lake water, my pancakes had a long black fuzzy hair in it, my daughter got a burnt hotdog with her food instead of sausage, my husband's pancakes were burnt and the bathrooms needed some serious attention.I feel for our waitress because the kitchen is not helping her with her job. She wasn't super friendly but I can't really blame her. She was doing her best.Worst showing of an ihop.
Great onion rings. Lots of issues day we were there. No hamburgers. Credit card machine down. Not necessarily there fault. Will go back
on a road trip home from montana to indiana and stopped to get some pancakes. waited about 15 minutes for someone to even come take our drink order and give us silverware. then after we ordered our food, we waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get the food. me and my boyfriend watched the workers argue with each other…even argue about OUR order and how it was being made wrong. got up and left with an empty stomach. very disappointed. wish i could leave 0 stars
Very impressed with our omolettes, cant wait to have this again!! I had the spinach mushroom, he had the steak, which was generously loaded with big tender pieces.. and the yummy hotcakes were like a perfect dessert which came with the meal. (Paid xtra 1.79 for the specialty pancakes)
Short staffed like every business is right now. Waitress was good, attentive and the food was great.
Where do I start?OK. First of all, Like everywhere else, they were extremely short staffed. But I had the most amazing waitress. She did her best to constantly come by to see if we needed anything.. She was amazingly friendly. I felt like she really cared.. The food was fresh and good. My hats off to the cook. I saw the manager pitching in to clean off tables. He did so with a smile, and still made time to greet the guests coming in. I highly recommend this establishment. ? ????
Very nice restaurant. Our waitress, Sincere was very friendly and did a great job. The food was delicious. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Hats off to the chef.
