Will never go back just ordered food and found a cockroach dead in the Box
Clean store and fast, friendly service.
I had to repeat myself over 10 times and they still messed my order up.
Ordered a small oreo cookie blizzard! Couldn't find any oneo's just a few dark spots that indicated maybe a 1/4 tsp of Oreo's. Could have ordered plain ice cream for what we received. There are plenty of other ice cream stores in Waterloo! When I called was told to come back but no credit for next visit. Ha ha there won't be a next visit at any of the Hellman's Dairy Queens!!

There was cockroaches tap dancing on the tables and I found a dollar tree press on in my blizzard

Just get ice cream, do not order any food items. It was a waste of money as I don't believe that they had all the correct items for the what is on the menu. Very suspect.
