Horrible! Customer service was just as bad as the coffee ☕️,. Look I'm from Minnesota and I love Caribou ❤️. I don't appreciate when you mess my order up and demand a refund because I paid cash and tell cashier tells me you can not refund me be cause the manager is not there today.. Shame on you Caribou in waterloo own by Hyvee on east university Ave.....

HOURS ARE NOT LISTED CORRECTLY this store closes at 7 their own app is incorrect. I have never had any issues at this location. This is Corporates fault.....
Iced espresso drinks are always half warm and rarely stirred. They don’t write anything on the cup, so if you order something with special instructions who knows if they’ve given you what you’ve ordered.The atmosphere in the coffee shop is very nice, however. Plenty of tables, and if it’s a nice day they have a very nice patio with outside seating & umbrellas.
