Pull into drive thru. No response for 2 mins. Finally saying hello for the 5th time they tell us they are closed
Delicious one of my best experiences at a bk. Burn my mouth almost hot and fast. Other ones need to take notes I swear their food is always cold??or just so sloppy it's ridiculous

Did an online order and paid for it, only to come to the location and find out no one was there. Why allow online orders to go through if you aren't open??? Tried calling, got nothing but busy signals or non-stop ringing. Finally got through, woman said you have to go through the app to get a refund (we were sick of waiting after 30 minutes of no progress in the drive-thu). Went to the app, no way to get a refund that we saw. Eventually had to call corporate and got the refund. If this location was having issues because someone/a group didn't show up today, they needed to turn off their online ordering! I hope anyone who neglected to show up get reprimanded appropriately!
Can't get simple orders correct. This is a number 3, no cheese, no bacon, burnt... it was cold too. smh
Why can’t they have warm food and your sandwich made right? I keep hoping things will be good but no it’s not. Sorry BK you have officially lost my family’s buisness.
