The restaurant was clean and the service was fast & friendly! I ordered the new hot honey chicken sandwich and it was absolutely delicious!!!
The burger tasted like the meat was bad. Had to spit out the 1 bite and toss the $6 Single. I have not had this experience at Wendys in other cities.
I love Wendy's out of all the fastfood it is the top of my choice. Unfortunately Wendy's has been closed for dining in which is very ridiculous because McDonald's right down the street is open. Not sure why but I've missed out on eating Wendy's about 4 times the past 1 1/2 week.
The drive thru girl was on her phone and didn’t tells us anything about our food and that not all we order a classic chicken sandwich meal large and a Dave double meal large and we got a small fries with barley anything and a medium we like three fries.. Im so disappointed.
I don't go to fast food places very often. I will say one thing. I like Wendy's. Always consistent. Always good food.
Single worst drive-through experience I’ve ever had, was interrupted multiple times while ordering and she kept trying to rush us. Once we get to the window we were handed the wrong drinks and once we asked for the right ones she told us not to be rude and gave us dirty looks. Once we received our food with plenty of dirty looks we drove off to hear her yelling something we couldn’t make out from the window at us. Just blatantly disrespectful and by the looks of the other reviews it’s a common trend of this Wendy’s, y’all are pathetic. Would give zero stars if I could
It was very bad service as far as getting correct orders or the chicken kids meal got a cheeseburger with apple slices or ordered a separate cheeseburger didn't get that. The new hot honey sandwich they didn't have ready so they substituted for a spicy chicken with the honey very different I would not recommend this restaurant.
Fresh burgers and their new fries make Wendy's worth a stop. The drive through was fast and the staff were friendly.
The line at night was way too long, they need to staff the place better because in Sioux City the night shift is busy, very busy and they couldn't keep up with the cars
Went thru drive thru today and cashier used my debit card and rang up mine and another customer's order and then gave me the wrong food! Then I called and she was very rude and said I come back and get my food. I told her I was already on my back to work. She said I could get it tomorrow and hung up on me. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and that's the manager!!
