This crunch wrap ain't bussin. No meat
There was a misunderstanding on so.e burritos I got thru drive thru. I asked if it could just be remade and the manager told me there was nothing she.could do. I stated there's no reason why it can't be remade. She grabbed the bag off the counter and thru it in the trash and fine I'll just remake it. Very rude. And when she sent another employee to give me my order and was very Sarcastic telling me hes sorry and have a great day. Worst experience iv ever had on a misunderstanding of an order.
The lady at the drive through was as rude as she could possibly be. My wife went to do tap pay and the lady huffed at her and almost threw the machine at my wife's face. then my wife kindly asked if she had to drive around to pick up the door dash and the lady at the window huffed and puffed again and ended up throwing our customers order at my wife. I was in able to get the name of the lady however I still think she no longer need to work customer service. She will be the person that business tanks because with service like that nobody will want to come back to that drive through nor will they want to go inside if she is the one to help us. now I have to go and explain to my customer why their food looks like it been thrown at my face and because of that I will probably loose my tip and I did nothing wrong that would cause that.
Usually have no problems but after confirming my order in drive thru they got it wrong and decided to argue with me. Then had attitude when they fixed it. And gave me Diablo sauce when I clearly said mild three times. Teenager working window needs an attitude adjustment, for real

The general manager is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Claims she’s hiring I applied to go back to work there and she was more then rude before the interview started. Definitely will be contacting corporate.. no wonder why that place has no employees. Would give zero stars if I could

I go there for the food, however, this place should be investigated for their inexcusable behaviors and conduct in the presence of and toward their customers. I’ve witnessed their employees, Meghan in particular, make comments about their customers going through the drive thru, comments about them having fun messing with delivery driver’s orders, vulgar language, some inappropriate type comments coming from the female Meghan, put down comments about the customers lives that are none of their business saying things in a condescending tone like “is she sitting in her spot today” and “she’s not being harassed, she”s not following the rules.” How would they know if a customer in their private lives is being harassed or not? Or what rules they do or don’t follow? Unacceptable!
Horrible service and the cashier was very rude.. my food was cold and soggy
We wanted to dine in since it said it was open but the doors were locked. We did drive thru and found out they are in desperate need of staff. this isn't unusual at the end of 2021. We did get a good meal which we just ate in the car outside of the restaurant. what's drive-up staff was working was friendly and working as fast as they could.
