I go to this subway often the day shaft is very good, but the evening seems untrained and is very slow and sloppy, when I use may rewards cards, when I know I have rewards they tell me they don't know how to look it up, otherwise the foods is good
Clean store, good food, but EXTREMELY slow service. After several mobile orders that were not ready on time, and had to wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes after the mobile order was supposed to be ready. I feel it is safe to say this has unfortunately become the norm. If you happen to be in a hurry, I would suggest NOT using the mobile app.
Staff is great, facility is clean. Quick and courteous staff!

Ordered 2 subs a bag of chips and a drink. Only got the subs. Called to get a refund on the drink and chips but instead was told I can come and get them another time. Big waste of time

Went in the drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches. They gave me the wrong meat and the wrong veggies on both, and didn't toast one and the other was supposed to be a melt but they didn't toast that one either. I waited for 20 minutes for them to make the wrong sandwiches. I was told I couldn't get my sandwiches remade because I didn't have a receipt that they never gave me, not that I could've gotten my sandwiches remade anyway as waiting for 20 minutes almost made me late for work. I probably won't return to this location, they can't even make a simple order correctly or in a timely manner.
I have order twice from this place via delivery and through drive thought. They messed up order. However, I called and made it right by making me a whole new sandwich.
