The food was good but the workers spoke so quiet I had to keep asking what and could barely understand what she was saying. I could definitely tell she did not want to be there.
The service wasn’t great, they didn’t have lettuce and said they had a sign on the door. You can barley see the sign btw. When I told her I don’t want my sandwich with no lettuce the girl working told me “I don’t know what to tell you” had to pay for two sandwiches I won’t eat . Not impressed at all.

I ordered on the app for pickup. I ordered a "melt", which showed a different kind of bread in the picture, not the typical Subway bread that you're used to seeing (see my picture). When I ordered, it didn't give me an option to select toppings like lettuce, and some others. I thought this was odd, but chalked it up to being a different kind of sandwich. Basically, when I got home with it, I opened the bag and the sandwich was super flat. Nothing like in the picture...the bread wasn't even the same. It was just regular sandwich bread. You can see the comparison in my pictures of what a normal turkey sandwich and a turkey melt look like. I wish I could have at least had the option on the app to add any toppings I wanted. The sandwich was good, just not what I ordered. The "melt" was even $1 more for some reason. ?♀️ I did not call them or anything, because I wasn't able to go back to the store, even if they offered to do something about it.I did like that they have a shelf by the counter for pickup, where you can basically just grab your mobile order when you arrive. It was placed behind where the ordering line is, though, so I had to ask at the counter if I needed to wait in the line to pickup a mobile order (I couldn't see the shelf when entering the store). A little better signage, or a message on the app would be nice with instruction. Also, having to walk through a line of people doesn't really allow for their 6 ft. social distancing that their signs ask for.
Stood inside for about 7 minutes called for somebody, nobody came. Ended up just walking out.
I tried to go there today knowing the new temporary opening time as 10:00. I went there at 11 and on the door was a handwritten note stating they arent opening til 11:30. I have had to leave there before because they insist on putting my food on the counter top instead of using the paper that they should. This particular Subway is pretty dirty inside compared to others I have been to. The staff is not the friendliest either. I would recommend going to a different Subway altogether.
