Absolutely delicious burger. Best I have ever had. I ate the Banzai burger and fries. Fries were just fries they did stand out but the burger is totally worth going. Service was ok it was obvious our waitress was new so I don't want to make any remarks that's just due to inexperience.
Their new Brisket B B Burger has very little brisket and it was dry ever with a little pink. Dissatisfied.
food was good, waiter was friendly and attentive though he was a bit overwhelmed because it seemed like he was the only server working at that time. Heard someone yell a phrase in the kitchen that would have the Karen's raging. Me and my date laughed it off, but probably not the best for the kiddos to hear. Was an isolated incident and not the usual experience of dining there we experienced in the past. Probably just someone having a rough day and not let me speak to the manager worthy. I only remember it because it gave us something to chuckle about later.
One server for an entire room of tables. The waitress was doing her best, it was too much for one person. My burger was dry and pathetic. The dipping cheese was brought in a plastic container. The plastic and cheese had been microwaved, the plastic was HOT and had melted. Hot plastic and melting plastic in contact with food is a NO -GO. I sent it back. I will not be back.
Gotta say I was pretty disappointed. Our waitress was so-so. My food was okay but when I asked that they leave off the tomato she i formed me it was on the side. I had to tell her I didn't want it on my plate. (food allergy) Somehow this translated to an absolutely dry bun with no sauce at all. It wasn't worth trying to catch up with her to get it corrected. We paid in cash our total was $29.60, paid with a $50. She asked if we wanted change. Um...yes. She brought us back $20 in change and walked away. Overall not the best experience.
Had brisket burger, pretzel bites, bonsai wings, scorpion burger and sweet potato fries. definitely recommend honey poppy dip for the sweet potato fries. amazing staff and manager.
Had red Robin tonight. We had wings, pretzel bites, sweet potato fries and two different burgers. the brisket burger is amazing. sooo good! staff was amazing.
So I went here for my birthday. Alone. First they weren't busy but took almost 5 minutes to get someone to acknowledge I was there. I get seated, another 5 minutes before waitress shows to take drink order. I ordered pretzel appetizer with beer cheese. They came out right before my meal so no time to enjoy. The cheese sauce was in a plastic container that they must of put in the microwave cause it came out melted, almost collapsed. I ordered a burger with extra caramelized onions and mushrooms. The onions had been sitting in oil or something and were green slimy and disgusting. Hardly any mushrooms and I paid for extra. The burger was not cooked right either. Just a bad experience and I won't go back again. It was my birthday and I was trying to just have a decent meal. I'm a truck driver and getting to eat at a nice restaurant is very rare on the road. So disappointing for me.
We go to Red Robin in large part because of their Gluten Free menu. This time we also had excellent service and the food was great. It’s always a little too loud for me, but that’s pretty much the kind of place it is.
It was super busy that day but they tried to be very attentive with us. Food was good!
