Bought 2 meals and drinks was told after we paid and sat down they had no drinks as they had no cups.Would not give a refund
This was my first time eating here and it was reasonably priced and the food and drinks were good. Friendly staff. Clean place to eat. I saw all ages enjoying the food there. I would return to eat here again.They do offer catering and ordering ahead is not a problem. You can walk in and pick your food up from the shelf.
Courtney was AMAZING! Super helpful and great bubbly personality! She answered all my questions and was a great help! I really appreciated her as I got there close to closing and I was unsure of what I wanted anyways. Also, great hours! Its hard to find food around this location late at night. (Youre open later than McDonalds even) so thank you for that!Great food, great staff. 5 stars!
Went in at 8:45 for a quick bite since Google said the dine in was open and the resturant doesn't close until 10:30 pm. Customer service wasn't welcoming and quite condesending. We sat down to eat and a few minutes into our meal we were told that they close the dining area at 9pm. Couldn't even let us finish even tho it was a few minutes before 9pm. Definitely prefer the hamilton location over this one. Way friendlier and they actually stay open until 10:30.
I placed an online order for veggie fajita bowl today. I picked up my order and went back to work. When I opened the order, there was nothing which I asked for. No fajita veggies, no jalapenos verde and no salsa roja. Like common on. If you are out of stock, let the online customers know and they even try to mention this in store as well. BUT THEY SURELY PUT LOTS OF JALAPENOS PEPPER TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE FAJITAS VEGGIES. Never coming back to this place who like to steal from people. Thanks for ruining my lunch.
Food was OK but facilities are greatly lacking.Half of the fountain drinks weren't working. Only one high chair for the whole restaurant and no booster seats. Despite coming only 30mins after opening (and they were by no means busy) the bathroom trash was overflowing and bathroom was dirty. Obviously hadn't been cleaned from the day before. Saw a couple of employees come and go from the bathroom so issue was obviously ignored and not just forgotten about. Franchise owner clearly needs to spend some time in their restaurant.
Wife and I pulled up to the store about 10:50 this morning. We noticed a customer trying to get in she knocked on the window there were employees inside but the door was locked and she left. Wife and I decided to park the car and get out and see for ourselves it was very cold and yes the door was locked there was no notice the only sign in the door said we opened at 10:30 once again it's almost 11:00. As we were pulling away I noticed other customers trying to get in the door too most likely to spend some money but that wasn't happening. So I called them to my surprise someone did answer the phone. I asked why weren't you open it's almost 11:00 the guy on the phone said they're running late due to a big catering job. So because of their catering job there was quite a few parties they were getting the same treatment as myself. I guess they do not need my business I won't be back there for quite a while.
