Offered strips and shrimp box. Box had no shrimp. Fries were cold. Chicken had been sitting a few hours. Biscuit was good though.

Good stuff. Only complaint I have is on the biscuit and the mac n cheese. Biscuit could be used as a hockey Puck it's so hard. It literally broke in half and the middle of it is completely dry. Mac n cheese is a ball of mush. Overcooked for sure. Try harder.

Everything was good except the Mac n cheese was over cooked and complete mush with a puddle of grease in the bottom and when I called to say something they brushed it off and hung the phone up on me

Can you give negative stars I wish you could. Kenlyn has a very bad attitude to be a manager. She has no idea what customer service means. Trucks keep America going. I am a trucker and cannot get through the drive through. A customer let me in and she down right refused to serve us.

As a former manager of this palce it was horriable. Lobby was very dirty not stocked at all bathrooms dirty. Young man taking the order got order wrong because he was looking out the window corrected him 3 times and it was still wrong.

Until this location can solve it's staffing/quality issues I would avoid. Family gathering sprung for some chicken. Forced to do an online order because the lobby was closed? Which is fine the order went through so pull into drive through to let them know we're here. Drive through backed up into the street for people waiting. Told to pull around. Not a problem figure it would be fresh. 45 min later still waiting. The whole time drive through is still accepting drive ups. No explanation, no update to say that they are short staffed and it will be a while. Waited so long that a gal from a car wash next door came over surprised we were still there. Order finally arrived they shorted us 10 pieces of chicken. Had to call them by phone because again the lobby is closed. Guy comes out. Looks pretty strung out on whatever. We let him know how long it's been. He tries to argue and say it's only been 25 min. I don't press the issue just let him know Id like my full order. He goes back in returns after 10-15in with another box. After all this we take it home and find out we didn't get a large mashed potato, a popcorn shrimp and apparently to hurry and get the order out they decided to give us 6 chicken wings instead of mixed pieces in a 10 piece box.My rant is over but the bottom line is that if you can't staff the place enough to maintain a base level of quality then you shouldn't be operating. This is not the fault of the staff but the fault of the owner of the franchise.

Ordered spicy tenders and got not spicy clumps of chicken that looked like they were torn off of bone in pieces :( if they were out they could've just told me. I drove back through and they said they were regular tenders and that popeyes changed them but I don't see anything on the site about it. If I knew I wouldn't've ordered anything there :( I just ended up throwing them away and wasting $11.76. It sucks because I have to save up for trips to sioux city and this was supposed to be a special treat for me. I get staffing issues as the place I work at has the same problem but if we can't make something we're honest about it.

i’ve ordered here like 5 times and they never get it right. Missing sides, sauces, bad good, horrible customer service. Go to the one on Hamilton, this place sucks

3/27/2022I went through the drive thru and ordered a 16 piece family meal. I told the lady the three sides that I wanted and she said it only comes with two sides! I'm like, well the sign says it comes with three sides! I paid for the meal and she told me to pull around front, because the chicken was still cooking. After, we received the chicken and arrived home to eat the chicken, this chicken was pink and uncooked. The most ridiculous box of chicken I ever seen in my life! I took this sorry chicken back to Popeyes and got my money back! Thank God, because someone could have got sick from their carelessness!
