Unprofessional. Every time we ordered, the person who takes order always sounded mean. Every question will get back with an attitude. Waited longer than the time they told us all the time. Every single time, they messed up the order, most of the time they won’t out enough stuff you ordered. And by the time you find out. It’s all not worth it to go back and wait even more.
Never made it through the drive through. Gave up after 40 min. Never made it to the speaker, but I did talk to some panhandlers going car to car while waiting.
We ordered not spicy chicken, was given an allspice chicken. We got asked if they could give us 1 spicy to replace what they didn't have... fine. But not all should have been spicy!!!! Coleslaw has weird taste. Told staff they needed to change the c02 or dr.pepper and they didn't change either. Not the best place and highly not reccomendable.
Even tho the drive thru was extremely busy I walked in and was helped by dexter(?) the shift manager , he was quick and efficient and very nice , made for a very nice experience here and will most definitely go back
Food is always great...except the spicy tenders . But this is at every location I visit. Popeyes must have changed the spicy recipe because there is a huge difference in the quality of meat. I stopped buying the spicy tenders because evrytime I do order them, they put me in the bathroom quick. But everything else is good.
I ordered online because its always a 30 min wait for anything you order so when I got there they told me its going to be a 20 min, wait for a ordered I did 2 hours in advance if try to get anything bigger then a 4 piece except to wait 20 min.
Drive up service is absolutely horrible. Don't give you any silverware, napkins or condiments. And to make it worse are not friendly. Food may taste good buy service is awful.
I stopped at the Hamilton Boulevard store in Sioux City Iowa I got the $6 box I asked for a breast and a chicken leg I ate the coleslaw made the macaroni and cheese I got the chicken leg out but I thought I'd eat the breast first when I got to the breast it was so dried out there wasn't a decent piece of meat to eat out of that breast it was all dried out or all freezer burned or something it was crap it should have never been served I would have never served a just by the way it looked but they served it to me so I got to look for a ride the chicken leg was fine so is everything else just that breast was the biggest piece of junk you try to call the store on their phone number and nobody answered it just hangs up after an anonymous amount of rings I don't expect anybody to ever go eat at that place you won't get what you're asking for garbage trash and nobody seems to care this happened on 1:15 2022 at 9:14 p.m. and the hostess number looks like it's 60190 I believe photos of the chicken but it won't let me it's gross if anybody else would have got it there was nothing to eat your dog wouldn't even eat it
Waited 20 mins for food when there was only 1 customer ahead of me, the lobby was completely empty. The Manager noticed me sitting at a table waiting for my food and demanded to know what I was doing here?? Really I'm sitting here waiting on you to realize you haven't even bothered to start my order. I literally watched her start my food after being rude.
Popeyes is the only place for chicken. They just need to bring back the cajun rice
