The website sucks always have problems ordering online can’t even sign in to use my points disappointing
I usually love going to this location, but something had to of happened. Staff shortage or new staff, something, because the service and quality of the food I experienced last night was horrible! 1 bad apple can spoil the whole bunch on this one! Guess I'll be finding another place to have pizza from now on :(
50 dollars on pizza and wings asked for the pan pizza to be well done...thanks for raw dough and ruined supper...chain restaurants are a joke just hire people to be on their phones and push food out ...bad employee s and bad management.
They said 40 mins than I called a hour. Later they sad. About 30 mins more than they called me daid they came to our door no one there order a pizza and I said no u didn't they said they went to sa different. Address. No way in he'll willi order from again

I got the complete wrong order order a bbq chicken ranch got a pepperoni and beef delivery driver was amazing tho
Although understandable given the current state of things..I could not give a strongly agree because some of the items I wanted were not a available so I had to alter my order twice.
Ordered the beef taco large..in all my previous purchases of this particular item...it has always came with the salsa container as a topping. BUT not this time and the toppings seemed somewhat chinzy ...not the best $22 spent (cost + delivery + tip)
My pizza had no sauce at all. Just toppings and bread. It was gross and cold by the time it got to me. When I called to tell them about the mistake the lady was rude with me but did give me a credit for next time.
Give me a full refund for my order last night of 29.95. I waited an hour and a half for my order (I literally live a couple blocks away from the Pizza Hut I ordered from) the pizza tasted like it had been sitting out for 30 minutes the toppings were dry and they forgot my Sierra Mist
