Aweful experience got there at 2pm there was no other tables waiting we was only 3 customers there .... waited 1 hour for the appetizers never got our food cuz we had to leave to go to work. The appetizer platter half was under cooked half was over cooked. The manager on duty was outside smoking with all the other emplyees except1 young man waiter colby.Ended up leaving with out the food being served or even given to us.
Jason was my waiter and you could not ask for better service. I had the meatloaf which came was a gigantic salad and that's not to take away from the gigantic portions of the meatloaf and mashed potatoes all covered with Rich dark gravy. I wish I had remembered to take a photograph because it was unbelievable and delicious. I noticed the deserts when I came in and they looked exotic but I refrained. I highly recommend this place they give you your money's worth but frankly they could have given me half as mount and I would have been happy.
Only stopped in once because it was conveniently along our road trip route, but we weren't impressed (maybe a bad day?). The hostfirst ignored us when we walked in and said hello. The waitress never introduced herself, just asked what we wanted to drink. Thenthey started vacuuming their dining area, literally right in front of our table, at noon on a Saturday morning. The eggs came out icecold, the toast was so saturated in butter that you couldn't pick it up without it flopping, and they couldn't even make a simple grilledcheese right (which somehow came out as a cheeseburger first). Again, could have been a bad day for them but... bummer that theycouldn't even provide basic customer service.
Basic burger and fries was quite good. Kinda slow on the service. I was there late and the place had a certain late night Waffle House ambiance.
Went with my husband for a nice dinner, got sat down and everything was fine. Our server got our drinks and our order and once we got our food it went downhill from there. We watched him walk by multiple time and eventually we had to stop him to ask for a refill on drinks. After he came to take some empty plates we said were done and ready for the check. Again watched him walk by cleaning tables and their was only one table other than ours and they just sat down. Server never checked on us once and never brought the check. We went up to the counter ourselves and told the situation. $0 tip and 3 stars because at least the food was good.
Went with a friend for an early morning meal as everything else was still closed. This was my first time ever eating here. Food was good, nice and hot. Food portions were perfect. My only complaint is that I was not offered a refill on my drink which should have come with refills. Waitress was more interested in talking with her coworker than making sure customers had something to drink. Mind you there were only 3 other tables with customers so she was overly busy with people.
Ever since the Garden Cafe closed I have given this place many chances. Every time I go we wait for ever to get seated. They never acknowledge you, they walk by with this irritated look on their faces. They need to hire a hostess for sure. They are very unorganized. I had three different servers ask us if we have been taken care of. Our food is always cold, our server never returns for refills. I feel like I'm at the circus everytime I go there.
Good food. Restaurant was clean. Server was friendly but could of came around a little more. Girl behind the front counter was very friendly as usual.
The food was yummy and great service
Requested over easy eggs on a country skillet. I got hard eggs. I suppose if I wanted that the Cook would have been spot on. Cook does NOT know how to cook. Bill was $42.62. My girlfriend warned me about the cost. WILL NEVER EAT AT PERKINS AGAIN.
