I ordered a pizza and the manager of papa johns sendme a personal message, she saidI can't send you the pizza because I don't have drivers, I call her back and try the help her, and ask for pick-up when I be there to pick up my piza she is mad and she don't discount the delivery fee, is sad
Ordered from the Lewis Blvd location in Sioux City a number of times. Usually pretty fast, hot, occasionally a little undercooked, but altogether good experiences. Tonight, we ordered online around 7:20. Said it'd be about an hour. 8:20 rolls around. Get a text that it's out for delivery. No big deal. We live maybe 5 minutes from the restaurant. Figured it'd be quick. Nope.... 8:45 comes and no pizza. Contacted the store to find out the food was still at the restaurant. The manager could unfortunately only offer as much as a 'sorry. We're backed up tonight'.... We eventually got the order around 9 o'clock. Expectedly, it was mildly warm and the crust was undeniably chewy. It had been sitting in a warmer for a while.... This is the first experience of this magnitude that I've had with this location, but it's things like this that lose customers.
They mess up my order every time. I normally tip on my card and when I get my food I tip again. but I don't do that anymore because they have sucked for the pass year . I'm starting to feel like they're doing it on purpose because I don't understand how every time I order it's always messed up.. any other papa John's in town is great. This one is by far the worst one ever.
I hadn’t ordered a pizza for a few months. I was so disappointed by what I received. It was like it was from another company & not a good one. The crust & sauce recipes had obviously been changed.
So today was trying order online and the website went down so I tried to call in my order, while placing my order was told that I could only use 1 special/coupon per order, while online allows me to use multiple. I was very unhappy with this and canceled my order. I order here once a week almost every week to feed a family of 6. I have received pizzas that were all to one side of the box and never called back or complained about. But this today was unbelievable.
Stuffed crust the best in town ! Love it ! Arrived hot and fresh. Very polite and courteous service. Got a meat stuffed crust large and a large thin crust “the works” .. awesome as always! Leftovers for sure.. won’t go to waste.
Supposed to have pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and got a cheese pizza with no extra sauce and tried calling them to tell them and they wouldn’t answer
The pizza was delicious, that’s pretty consistent. My review is about service. I did a cash delivery, and got my pizza super fast. The delivery driver dropped my pizza off at the front door, and left…without collecting any payment. I called and let them know that i got my pizza but it was delivered without payment being collected. The guy made me feel like i inconvenienced him for calling to pay. Doesn’t pay to do the right thing, i guess.

Used to be my favorite pizza place but ordering a large getting a damn near personal sized pizza that crust was insanely long. Barely put any chicken on it. Smh
