We consistently have issues when we come to this Panda location. Half the time they are out of entrees and other times the wait time is unreasonable. Currently we have been waiting 15 minutes for them to cook more chow mein and there is zero line inside the store.
I love panda express except this one. I live on the opposite side of town and it's so frustrating to drive all the way over there to be told that they don't have the food you like which happens 90% of the time. or to drive there and see the drive through is closed. or having to wait 20 minutes when you only have a 30 minute lunch break and then have to go inside to get a refund on your money because you can't wait any longer. I'm not sure what the problem is but it's really sad. I only get panda express out of town now because of this.
We love Panda Express but this location has major problems! They are always out of entrees, the food is often not hot, not enough meat in the Broccoli Beef, tables and floor dirty. The last 2 weeks they have been out of fried rice and they just say they don’t know when they’ll have it again because the bowl is broken. They obviously need a new manager to manage this place properly before they lose all their business and have to close!!

Food is usually good. But, they are Always out of several items on menu no matter when you go. Today, I ordered ahead via the app and ordered 2 entrees and super greens and a side of egg rolls. They were out of kung pao chicken but instead of telling me and asking what I wanted in place, they just gave me 2 servings of the other entree. The reason I order a plate and pay more is so I can pick 2 different entrees. This was to be split with my mom. I asked for chili sauce and hot mustard along with napkins and forks and got no napkins and no mustard.I decided to go back because of how much I paid, my order should be correct. Then, the first 2 things I asked for to replace the missing kung pao were also “out” and had to settle for what was “left”. This was 1:30 pm! They did give a little extra orange chicken for the inconvenience. Also, They were out of hot mustard!Seems like poor management rather than any supply issues because I’ve never had issues like this at other Panda Express locations.The super greens used to be consistently good but now they are always different and mostly broccoli. Sometimes just broccoli with no seasoning at all. It seems this place is going down hill quickly. Unfortunate. It’s nice to have a fast food option like this in Sioux City but this place won’t be around much longer with service like this.
As do allot of establishments that do great in the beginning and then tend to decline as time rolls on, Panda Express is no exception. The lack of staff in this instance, in my opinion, is the driving force of the slow decline of this restaurant. It truly is unfortunate. While it’s not fine dining Chinese it still provides people with a quick and easy solution to fast Chinese food. Lack of staff will have a tremendous impact in the downfall of this restaurant if something is not done soon. Unfortunate!!!
The orange chicken was spicy and tough to chew the teriyaki chicken was good but did not like the rice it was dry and didn't have any flavor tables were not cleaned off and the seats were hard
Horrible. We showed up an hour before they closed and they had no food. The whole restaurant was pretty much closed. When a restaurant posts that they are open until a certain time y9u work until that time. Food was old.
Fast food Chinese restaurant or better put Americanized Chinese restaurant. Pretty quick pretty simple not bad food they got their chili sauce that is pretty Flippin hot food. I always eat too much when I go there, that’s something I really need to work on. I don’t go there very often but I enjoy it when I do.
We had never been to Panda before. The man behind the counter actually went through the menu with my wife. The food was great, and the staff was better!
