I just wanna say this. If your drive thru is not open do not put a sign 24hrs open drive through bc obviously it’s not. Poor service they almost always get the order wrong. I will be contacting corporate and will let them know that the owner of Franchise soliciting this business and damages it’s reputation . There are rules. It’s a franchise not private business. You must follow the guide lines and not do whatever you wish. My family owns 4 franchises in Houston area and I know for a fact McDonald is obligated to follow corporate rules otherwise get fined or lose the privilege to own one. It’s a franchise for a reason . What a shame and disappointment . Simply wasting peoples time. I know people , and I will take this very far you will be investigated by McDonald corporate . It’s a nightmare every day at this particular location .
When in Souix City Iowa there is no better way to start your day than with a $1 sausage biscuit and $1 coffee at McDonald's. Unfortunately, the lobby opens at 8am, but the drive through is open 24 hours.
I pulled up to the place ordered a dollar coffee it was hot and ready as soon as I got to the window everything was smooth.
Ordered just a few minutes ago in the drive thru. On the receipt it says Sidel. Not sure if that is her name. Anyway she got our order wrong and when I asked about it she refused to fix it so we waited in the drive thru as she ignored us and kept opening and closing the window. Claims to be a manager but does not fix an order she did wrong. Not sure how that makes sense. Very rude and after repeating the rest of the order back half was wrong.
My fries were super UNDER cooked, otherwise everything here is generally better than the other locations
either fix the broken speaker or get someone who doesn't speak broken English ...... because I can't understand broken English through a broken speaker, and it would be super helpful if the person speaking broken English wouldn't be so f#cking rude when I said ..... I can't understand you ...... I was told it's not her problem that I can't understand what she's saying now reread that using a spanish broken English voice.
I would not given 1 star but I couldn't post this review. Nasty people here. They serve your food with their bare hands no gloves or napkin. I order a pastry and the guy grabs it with his bare hands in front of me. That's freaking nasty
Our order was perfect. It was hot as well. Great customer service too!
It's a gamble. Been here many times. Sometimes the food is good, others it's a laxative. Still go though because the good experiences far outweigh the bad. Plus it's a great place to grab a quick drink or shake. Also, it's the only one in town open late right now.
This is a nicely remodeled McDonald's that has a very sleek modern feel to it. The service was quick and friendly. Would definitely try this McDonald's again.
