They are short staffed but doing the best they can. Be aware that there may be a little wait because of this. If you're in a rush you may want to go elsewhere as there is almost always a line. Not a huge wait, so I don't mind.
They have been really busy lately. Usually they are pretty quick, but yesterday it took forever.
I just finished having breakfast through the drive-thru of one of my favorite McDonald's at Sunnybrook drive in Sioux City. The people were fantastic as usual no complaints there. What I'm writing to review is that robot voice that took my order in the Drive-Thru. Bad bad idea McDonald's. It completely messed up my order and repeatedly kept asking questions despite me giving answers so I just drove ahead and placed my order at the window. While I love mcdonald's, and it's a regular part of my morning routine I will not be returning until that voice is gone. Congratulations on alienating regular frequent customers mc Donald's if that's what you're trying to do. Tomorrow, I will start seeing what the other chains have to offer for breakfast.
Probably the slowest drive thru I've experienced. On more than one or two occasions
The automated sign didn't get it order right..... Neither did the person that tried to correct it.... It was a hamburger with just ketchup
Pulled up at 9:55. They close at 10. They just never answered the drive through and turned their lights off
Food, service, and wait are all "usually" good. Biggest gripe for me is that at night, they turn the lights off at this location so they appear closed. They will tell you at the window that the lights are, "on a timer".
People in LeMars Iowa don't know how to do orders the right way ? ? plus the place was dirty ? not a single clean table
Can you guys please stop serving up dried out crusty old food??!! I’m done with this location. Save yourself the headache people and drive to the next nearest location. This one is disgusting.
