Food was cold. I had to stand at the counter for 15 minutes before someone would help me with cash. Than got attitude when I got shorted 2 times. My cash back should have been 21.00 and they gave me 9.00 the first time. The 2nd time she gave me 19.00 so I just took the loss and walked put. I will not be back to this McDonald's. Talk about rude behavior and not 1 employee said hi welcome and someone will be with you shortly all while I was watching 3 employees standing around.
The drive thru was impressively slow. I didn't think it would be so busy on a Thursday night after 10. Food was good, however.
I ordered 2 plain hamburger for my spoiled dog and a blue raspberry icee drip I got to the window paid the lady asked me if I ordered something ya I said and told her ok she said and gaved me my drink it was overflowing and got inside my van and wouldn't stop I shook some it outside my window and said hey it's way to full and overflowing in my van the lady goes sorry about that do you want extra napkins well ya I told her I had to hurry up and clean up the mess because there was a line in drive thru I had to drive all the way home with sticky hands and arms and I live 15 minutes from sioux city next time they don't need to fill up the drink that full
I have never had a bad experience with this place until today. I was enjoying my fries and I found some type of bug in the bottom of them. I did not want to finish my meal as it was quite unappetizing. I will not be visiting again.
I love the "deals."I love the ice cream sundaes?.Also, the sugar free french vanilla ice coffee, which I waited years to see on the menu, as a diabetic!!!I would like to see no sugar added frozen yogurt!?
Workers don't say much and are impolite. New automated ordering system is terrible. Our order was messed up and we told them about it and they didn't do anything about it. Last 3 times going waited more than 10 minutes. Not fast food at this point. And they still took the time to mess up the orders!
I ordered one of there deluxe chickens the thing was old and disgusting. the color was dark brown the nuggest were also old and dried out. I asked for a refund ill go somewhere else and they told me they could only refund the bad food (admitting that the food was old so thanks for that). if you go here check your food before leaving you'll thank me later. they were nice enough to replace all my stiff with my stuff reheated these nuggets are just warmed up old nuggets thanks Morningside McDonald's at being so terrible at your job.
If you are going to be open 24 hrs a day, do it right or don't do it at all. After a 12 hr travel day, my wife and I needed some food. We went to the Marketplace Mc Donald's about 1:30am Sunday when we got into town. The employee working the drive through was very rude, and announced "I'm only taking cash!" before anything else was said. We placed our order and after 20 minutes finally made it to the window. Incredibly rude employee gave back the wrong change Wrong sodas Both sandwiches ordered were cold and horribly dry/hard Fries were cold. Not warm- cold. Asked for a BBQ sauce and he said "I'll have to charge you for that" Honestly the entire experience was horrible and pathetic. I've learned not to expect much these days but this was ridiculous. I would have been better off eating my $20 bill. Also- there is no way to report this on the corporate site. you get run in a loop from the restaurant locator page.
Great place for a quick burger and fries. Newly remodeled. The dining area is now open. Friendly, professional staff.
The wait at this location is really disappointing and when you get your food it is cold. Definitely not my first choice of a Sioux City McDonald's location.
