Once again they can't do their job right even when it's not busy. When I order a mcdouble is when I want 1.
Every time I've gone to this particular McDonald's on Hamilton boulevard, the service is exceptionally horrible. They either forget you and the fact that you ordered food from them and decide not to even give you anything or they scream at you and treat you like you're absolute Street trash. I've been there several times recently to see if they improved and the services actually still the same or even slightly worse. Also they close at 9:00 or 10:00 at night so you can't get any food after that which is absolutely ridiculous in this era of the fast food genre. So much for this once great chain.
Supposedly open till 11pm. All the lights turned off before 10pm. Food is generally made incorrectly and usually cold when received through drive thru.
I always wonder why they close at 11 pm with all the light off is it 24/7? I live really close to this one and I have to drive to south Sioux to get food. Would I be able to get a response why they do close?
Always good and fast food. The only complaint is that the fries were quite cold coming out of the bag. I know they are not always going to be fresh but warm fries are something that I expect.

After a 30 minute wait in drive thru I finally got my order. I then get home to find that they forgot to put the hamburger patties on a big Mac I ordered. Back I go there after no one would answer their phone and then a 20+ minute wait to get a Big Mac with hamburger patties.
Only leaving 5 stars because the guy was by himself and he was awesome he had a long line and was collecting/making food ALL BY HIMSELF he was still really polite and my food was nice hot and fresh I hope he can more help soon that guy definitely deserves a raise ❤
Very clean and modern location. Order Kiosks. The machines mention grabbing a table tent and entering the number, however there are none. Rather, there are numbers in silver on the various tables you intend to sit at, which you enter instead.
thus particular McDonald's isn't horrible usually fairly quick service even during the rush times and have had pleasant experiences with the people working the drive through windows. my only complaint and keep in mind that this is only for this location but I ordered a large Carmel frappe when I get to the final window I'm handed a large glass that was only filled 3/4 of the way with the drink and the rest was whip cream. and it's happened multiple times now.
