2 trips in 7 days:Trip 1: curbside pickup: sat and waited 20 minutes in pick up spot, finally went to window and waited 10 more min for 1 drink and 1 sandwich.Trip 2: sat in drive through for 20 min (again 1 drink and 1 sandwich) and upon reaching the window was asked for money. I showed my phone and payment through app. Again, told I didnt pay. I recieved an email confirmation and notification it went through on my card.Instead of the employee asking for help I just got a blank stare.This is not the 1st time I have had issues with being charged for items not recieved. But it will be the last ??
The ai is so calming and makes little to no mistakes plus it makes it easier for the people who work there i rlly love the ai they better keep using it
So they aren't open 24 hours on drive thru as the listing states. I asked another McDonald's in the area a few months ago and they said it was because they didn't have enough employees to be open at night. That sounded fair with everything going on but it seems that aren't even trying to open back up at night as again that was months ago. I get finding employees is hard but not that hard and it makes it so the others McDonald's in the area have to pick up the slack and as a result the one on morningside ave has people lined up thru half the parking lot. As it is I waited in line at the Morningside store long enough to right this review and left without order cuz at this rate I wouldn't be home before midnight (it is 11:16pm). I did not leave it as a review for the Morningside store as it isn't their fault another McDonald's can't keep their stores open when advertised.
Got my order right. Sounds condescending which in part it is but i love double hamburgers with bacon and no cheese. The app doesn't have that option. So i have to get a double bacon cheeseburger and put no cheese as an option. I still get cheese im highly allergic to (not lactose intolerant) more often then not. so i appreciate the effort in doing the job correctly.
Absolutely never get any order right. Huge disappointment for McDonald’s. Just get the order right???
Just left there after waiting 20+ MINUTES in DRIVE THRU only to receive THREE RAW 1/4-lbers and 2 EXTREMELY COLD ROCK HARD French fries. Dropped 15 bucks on food I won't feed to my dog.
Ordered breakfast for my son and I. He had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I had 2 sausage burritos. Order was taken correctly and verified before paying. Drive-thru was quick. Order was filled corrected. Bonus points for extra napkins since we ate in the car. No inside dining since Covid 19 outbreak.
Just depends when you go. The morning shift usually does a great job. They are polite, food is well made. The evening shift, not so much. I try to avoid going then
I got a sausage mcmuffin for breakfast this AM. Bit into it, and there was egg shells all over. It was disgusting.
Drive thru was quicker than normal and order was correct
