Food was fine. But we sat there for 8 minutes for the car in front of us to get their food. All I ordered was fries and milk for my screaming child in the back seat, sat there for 8 minutes trying to explain to my child I could not honk at the car in front, that they do have his fries and milk, McDonald's did not forget about us, etc etc etc .. for 8 minutes! Like I said I don't know why they didn't have the car pull forward if it was going to take that long!
I go to McDonald's all the time, whether it is to get my grandsons shakes or grabbing a quick caramel macchiano, or a breakfast sandwich for me and my wife's dog.
horrible their very very slow the food was so cold it felt like it was in a fridge ice in my drink had melted that’s how long it sat out. ordered a regular mcgriddle and they just gave me the sausge no cheese no egg or anything.. worst mcdonald’s ever
Love McDonald's but I walked in when there was nobody in drive thru or inside eating. They didn't even notice me for about a minute then asked if I had ordered yet. Obviously not wouldn't you remember me? So I order get my food and go to sit and literally every single table and chair has crumbs and food stains on the tables while the workers are just standing around on phones and talking to each other. Please clean the tables COVID is real and please don't serve old food. The hash brown I got with my meal was cold and soggy. 2/5 times this month has been like this when I come in to eat.
Was in the drive through for over 15 minutes. Apparently one of the drive through speakers wasn’t working, idk. The line was long on the other drive through. They told us to move to the other line, even though we’ve been there before the other cars. They didn’t even manage to take our order. They didn’t tell us the situation, but they could’ve taken our order while they were outside advising us to move to the other line. Customer service could’ve been better but they didnt seem to care.
Rated against other McDonald's, my standard is "can you get me my kid's happy meal in under 15 minutes. This location routinely fails that test.
This may be the First, Last & ONLY time I give this McDonald's 5 stars, but this morning THEY EARNED IT!! Although the drive thru was packed with a hefty line of cars my order came out FAST, HOT AND ACCURATE and I have never been so pleased at any McDonald's ever!! Kudos to them & their breakfast crew! My breakfast burritos were amazing & my cinnamon rolls were PERFECTION! Strongly encourage anyone to go here early morning for their first and most important meal of the day!!
Constantly ask for no cheese and I am given cheese. Whenever I go for a replacement they assume I want free food even though I just do NOT want cheese. I say it 3 times everytime I'm at the speaker but it always comes with cheese. They also always want to throw away the one they messed up when I could feed someone who needs it. It's insane how petty they are, always assuming I'm looking to rob them of their cheap burger..
Absolutely awful ?, the fish sandwich had a quarter slice of cheese at best and a half tablespoon of sauce, the fish patty was tiny and over cooked and the bun was dried up and terrible. I got 2 of them , buy one for 3.99 and get one for 1.00, and a double cheese and large fries, 11.20 total, fries where half full and cold!! The only thing edible was the double cheese for 2.50 , that was only 1 dollar not so long ago, I'll never be back
Stopped by here today, and their was a rude chubby hispanic young lady. Requested to add a medium coffee (black) and she insisted I go back thru drive-thru to reorder. Not to mention nobody was in line at all. Cancelled, and never going back.
