Angel was and angel! She gave us the best customer service we ever wouldve imagined! She did great and made our experience enjoyable.
Absolute worst KFC location I have ever experienced. This is the third time this exact scenario has gone down over the last year. We arrived at 8:00 to be told they are out of chicken and closing- despite their door and google saying they close at 9pm.The last time we had arrived even earlier and experienced a very rude woman who messed up our order that we had to piece together out of whatever scraps they had left on hand.Update your store hours!! I don't know what the point is of dragging people out of their way to be disappointed.0/10 experience every time. Take the ten minute drive down the road to the other location. They had plenty of chicken and wonderful service.
We ordered online (which took almost 30 minutes of frustration with the clunky website). However, this was still 30 minutes before we arrived to pick up our order. First of all there was supposed to be a quick pick up inside.... but when we arrived the doors were already locked at 7:50 pm even though it said they were open until 9:00 p.m. We pulled around to then be told that they were out of chicken... however, when the lady came on again later she said the friars were down and since they closed at 8:00 they would not start them up for our order. Once again, the door said they were open until 9:00 p.m. She also then said our order had just come up. I doubt she was being honest since once again our order had been placed 30 minutes before we arrived!! So were they really out of chicken, were the fryers down, or did they just want to make sure they got home at 8:00 p.m???I do have to say this is not our first bad experience with this location. Their service has been awful for almost a year. However, with everything that is going on we thought we would give them another chance. KFC has been struggling and this seems to be a prime example of why. Bad choice on our part!!! By the way we ordered then from Chick-fil-e and had our food in 10 minutes!!
Was about to order ahead on app and pickup but at least moment decided to use drive through instead..I pulled up she asked what I'd like and I tried to order a family pack...she said that they had no chicken on bone...I said excuse me..I don't understand this is KFC...She explained they were closing in 20 minutes approx. Because of that I had order tenders. I was on app and explained that I needed for 6 people and needed a package pack...and so I said how much tender packs were then..she said we'll the eight piece is x.xx and I said come on now I just explained I needed large order and sides and biscuits...and she went into small packs...I said ok this has never happened to me at any KFC ever in my life and I drove off...was not getting anywhere or what I needed.
Went through drive thru got told it would be 10 minutes for chicken to cook an hour and half before close, so I told them I would be back, I placed an online order and they end up calling me and telling me that they are out of chicken.. lol okay.. so then I call back to speak to a manager, not only was she rude but also changed up the story that they had already told me once before.. “they aren’t allowed to get chicken out of the freezer” lol it’s sad people are too lazy to do something so simple especially when it is there job!! On top of everything when I asked to get my money back I was told no and I need to call customer service to do so.. 100% DO NOT recommend especially when clearly it’s not “fresh”. Although Hamilton kfc is top notch and would of made this right..
The dining room was very fithy. Tables were not wiped down floor nasty. Customer service was really poor. Asked for something they give you the death glare. We had a group of 13 thank you for give us the worse experience!
Our experience was great, because of Crystal, she is an asset to KFC, our food from the kitchen was great, they have a fantasic team, there to make sure you are happy!! Crystal dropped down fresh fries because ours were not hot enough...she was super pleasant and kind, it goes a long way in this world!! THANKS CRYSTAL AND CREW! Thanks for the coupon flyer, we will be back soon!!
All all the best staff member help me through the drive-thru. It was obvious she was very busy yet I had excellent service. Food was great
If you get more then a 12 peice, it's a 20 minute wait. During rush hour they only give you half crispy and half regular.
I didn't know that I could be so disrespected by an online pickup order. I ordered through grubhub for a pickup and when I arrived the app said it wasn't ready yet so I stayed in my car and made a phone call. As I was on the phone someone came out the door to talk to me (which I thought was very strange because the sign i parked in front of and the app make it very clear that I have to go in. They asked if I had an order too pick up, I said yes, they said it was ready so I followed them in to grab it. Once I was inside I heard comments of "why was she just waiting outside" and "what was she doing" and other related comments in tones that would indicate that I was stupid. Then I heard a begrudging "I'll bring it out to her" which really helped me understand that no one knew I was standing in the lobby hearing what they were saying. First, if you're going to be disrespectful make sure the person you're talking about isn't standing 10 feet from you. Second, I apologize that I took up a spot in your otherwise empty parking lot for 3 minutes and that seemed to be such a problem for you.I also got a one spork for 2 meals so that's not very helpful.
