Haven't been to KFC for awhile, but I love their crispy chicken. The employees were super friendly and laid back. great experience.
Can usually find some good food that hits the spot. I will say, biggest props goes to the the gentleman that works there (who seems to be the manager? ) always seems to make every customer feel welcome and does a great job.
Something has changed in the recipe for crispy chicken here it's crunchy not crispy n tastes funny different
Had to wait for the fries so they were hot but the spicy chicken sandwich was very dry because it was way over cooked. Go the chic FIL a next time
KFC had indoor seating despite their door saying they did not. The chicken was fresh along with all the sides. The staff was friendly.
I ordered online and stopped by the window to pick it up as I normally do. There was an unfriendly face (male face) showed up at the window and looked at me without saying a word. When I said “can I pick up my order please” then he said “what”. I had to repeat three times and he told me “go inside to get it”. I was really confused but didn’t say anything. I went inside and got the my order, left the restaurant went home and found out the chicken was over fried-burned and dark.
I came by today a little after 2 and bought an 8 piece all dark original and a large slaw.I am a huge KFC fan. Is is and has been for many many years my all time favorite but today my chicken was not good?I recognize it was an odd time but my chicken was very dry, overly salty and 1/2 of them were crispy not original.I live all the way out in Leeds and didn’t feel like driving back but I felt like I should tell you about my experience.
My husband and I stopped for lunch and my pregnant adult daughter was with us. She can’t eat KFC right now so we stopped and got her a meal from elsewhere. She sat down while we were going to order and an employee kicked her out of the store. Not nicely I might add. She explained she’s pregnant and can’t eat KFC and he told her to leave. Needless to say, we didn’t stay to order and eat there. We’ve been there twice in the last month and she had food from elsewhere. The manager was fine with it. What changed today? You won’t accommodated a pregnant woman and her family. That’s just wrong. I guess we won’t be back.
Ordered a 8 piece meal. Asked for all legs and 1 breast. Went to window they handed me the bucket there was a variety of chicken. I told them I asked for legs and 1 breast. They said they couldn't do that. Talked to the night manager he said the gm manager doesn't allow that and I would have to pay individual for the legs. He also said it would mess his chicken count up. Very unprofessional
Not good and building is in terrible shape. Not the place it was many years ago. Kod on the drive through asked half a question mumbled farted and said nothing for several minutes to repeat the same thing all over again.
