Always yummy and made extremely fast! They even gave me a few pieces of bacon wrapped like a sandwich for my service dog!
Ordered Italian night club. No tomatoes light onion and lettuce. It came with no provolone cheese, it had a ton of lettuce and had tomatoes on it. Mom is allergic to tomatoes thats why she asked for no tomatoes. She called for replacement and they're gonna remake the sandwich, my mom has covid and touched the sandwich and they asked for the sandwich back in exchange.. not ordering here ever again. I wish I can give less than 1 star.
It is unbelievable when you order a #14 on wheat bread, no tomato, add cheese, cucumber, onion and oregano. Told i got a #14 and i get home and I have a roast beef and cheese with DELI MUSTARD. UNBELIEVABLE
If there were a no star option I would have used it. The MOST impersonal place I've ever eaten. The employees need puplic relation training. Also trying to have a conversation over the horrible load music is almost impossible! We will not be back. Have your management go to Chick-fil-A for some pointers on how your employees that greet the puplic should act!
I Ask for store delivery while sitting in my auto in front of their store because I have some mobility issues.They said I need to use their app for door delivery ?Very confusing ordering from the app, because I like my sandwich without onions, or tomatoes..., gave up went to McDonald's. This store needs a drive through window.I use their app at other locations with drive up windows with no n problems!
Food was good. Customer service experience was below expectation. Maybe it is the new norm to not even greet a customer when you approach the register... but I won't accept that as a reason. Is it also normal for employees to stand at the register and just scroll on their phones? No more trying to even hide it? Just don't care to go somewhere where I feel like an inconvenience. Still gets 3 because I like the food.
Everytime I check mark the mustard and mayo packets AND write it in the special box at the end. I put please and thank you, but numerous times they are not brought, just like tonight. I can see it on the receipt. I'm at work when I order and we don't have any here. Please start training to watch for that! Thank you.
Always fast and friendly at this location. They never give me any issues when I have odd requests for our sandwich preferences.
Placed my order online at 330pm. Requested it to be ready at 430pm. Tracked my order and it never said ready for pick up. So at 5pm I went in and my order was sitting in the window in the sun. They did not give me my pickle I ordered and did not add avacado to my unwich that I ordered.
My sandwich didn’t come with three of the things I added on to it which is really disappointing considering I paid for them
