Like most places a complete nightmare at lunch but they are fast like they claim to be, my only problem with any Jimmy John's is not just this location is I hate mayo and they tend to overlook that fact when ordering sandwiches
Needed to get five sandwiches and true to form they were freaky fast, stuck all the orders in a box that was easy to carry out. And all with a friendly smile - great service! Would highly recommend this Jimmy John's location!
There were 6+ employees literally just standing around laughing and talking. I couldn't even hear myself think. Not a good sit-down environment with constant laughing and horseplay at work. Cussing also was going on as well, not professional.
This is exactly how you roll. freaky fast and inaccurate. poor overall service. Had an another order with a mistake. Freaky fast and inaccurate.. Rotten overall service. Corporate office was notified and did not own the problem. Instead they referred me to local manager. Local manager gave me the standard excuses: lack of communication and new employees. Don't treat loyal customers like this or they will not come back. Own the problem.
I'm not a fan of any sub sandwiches, but my daughter is. JJ's is her favorite, she's addicted to this place. I usually get asked at least once a week to get something from there. I've never heard any complaints about the quality of the food, and she is usually the first to let me know when she has a problem with something.
I usually order on line and just go pick it up. When I do dine in, plenty of room and great service. I just started coming here. I was turned off years ago because they didn't make hot sandwiches. Now this is the only place I come unless of course I want a hot steak and cheese or meatball sandwich, then of course it's back to Subway.
Maybe not as freaky fast it was pre-Covid, but still pretty fast. Today I had the #1 sandwich. With a bag of jalapeño chips, large lemonade, and a pickle.What I really like is I can order using the app and wait in my truck and read my kindle. I get an email letting me know when my order has been filled. I get my food and go back to my truck to eat and read some more.
This review is for Floyd Blvd store they rock helped me out with my order so will be only going from here on out never again for Hamilton store
Fast, good, wide variety, clean store, friendly.
Had been a long time since I had been here. Have enjoyed subway over the years and just hadn’t mixed it up. Decided to give this a try. I’ve made several stops, and had similar results about. Bottom line, I don’t know why I hadn’t been frequenting sooner. Made fresh, quickly, and ingredients are fresh as well. Bread is totally different than other competitors, but very good. So far, there would be very little for me to complain about.
