Used to be out favorite pizza place but the last 2 times we've ordered(including tonight) it's been soggy and the crust was undercooked. We didn't ask for anything special. Basic pizzas.

Been eating Jerry's pizza for over 40 years. And still the best pizza in town.
If its going to be an hour wait and you're only going to offer curbside pick up, before you get off the phone with the customer mid-question, you should probably mention that its cash only. Its 2021 for gods sake who won't accept cards?

Jerry's pizza west side.We have been ordering pizza from Jerry's pizza for 20+ years. But after tonight i'm not sure if we will be ordering any time soon. The last several time we have ordered we were told 45 min to an hour and that is fine but ends up being almost 2 hours every time. The order tonight was with very specific ingrediants as in ( no green pepers) but the order was changed to combination with green pepers and very under cooked. Not very happy with jerrys lately, so sad to see that they are just not the great pizza they once were.
