We were traveling through at 3:30am and needed a break. What a suprise. Bobbi was our server and was amazing. I am a gm of a hotel and her customer service was superb. I have come to expect poor service late at night but this was beyond expectations. Would definitely go back if I go through this area.
Our waitress was absolutely amazing best service I've had in a long time Food tasted great happy this place is back open prices are good as well ?

Staff here are amazing!!! This facility is extremely short staffed yet they do the best they can do. It's the customers that take away from a pleasurable experience. A week ago systems were crashed and staff tried their hardest to keep down the confusion some customers were understanding others were downright rude and just looking for comp meals. The women's bathroom is disgusting with customers not flushing and leaving fecal matter in toilets. Great menu with many different items to choose from. And they still taste better and give better service than Perkins!!
Absolutely horrible! When we were waiting to be seating one of the customers told us good luck and warned us off about eating there. The manager seated us and wasn't friendly at all. We both ordered drinks and the appetizer sampler to start with. Then my boyfriend ordered the split decision with strawberries and bananas but they didn't even put the strawberries and bananas on the French toast and his French toast was basically raw inside. I ordered the French toast breakfast which the French toast was yet again raw all through the middle so I ended up not eating most of that just the area that looked better cooked, and my eggs I ordered were raw still had the white yolk when you Crack an egg in the middle so I didn't eat most of that either just the area that looked cooked. Also ordered a side of toast which came out rock hard! The wait staff had no idea what was going on there and had more than 1 come to our table to try to take our order. When the waitress came back 1 time to check on us I informed her about my meal and she didn't say anything but ok. They didn't do anything or inform the management about the problem. Now my boyfriend and I are both not feeling well with upset stomachs, I had pretty severe cramps throughout the night and extreme diaherra! I will definitely not be giving them my business in the future!!
I am not one to usually complain but this place made us sick and felt people should be warned. Read on: This place my girlfriend and I thought would be great. We got inside and we're warned about the place by a diner that was leaving but we shrugged it off and stayed. The place was overwhelmed and even with at least 7 servers they were only seating half the dining room. We waiting approximately 5 minutes to be seated and we're taken to a corner booth. A server showed up shortly after that to take our drink order and we also ordered the appetizer sampler. A couple of minutes after she left another server arrived and wanted to again take our drink order. They use tablets to take the orders so he should have know our order was taken. When the appetizer arrived it was sloppily placed on the plate and and had marinara sauce smeared on the one edge of the plate. Again we just let it go because we were hungry and wanted to give this place a chance. A little while later our main courses arrived. She order the French toast platter with regular french toast and a side of white toast. I ordered the split decision platter. They arrived in adequate time but shortly after she started eating her over easy eggs she encountered a spot that when she cut into it had clear yolk still. We just assumed that it was just that little spot and she cut it out and pushed it aside but looking back we should had stopped at this point. Also once I started eating my scrambled eggs I discovered a couple pink sprinkles in it from the children's meal or whatever else they use them for. So obviously the do not keep a very clean work space in the kitchen. When I started eating my French toast it was still very soft and undercooked. I again reluctantly ate my French toast thinking it was just me but once I found out hers was like that I knew otherwise. Not to mention I ordered the strawberry banana french toast and it had neither on it i realized later. It was at this point that we mentioned something to our server. We even told her that we were not wanting new food or anything like that but our server who I believe her name was Diana this complaint seemed to go in one ear and out the other. She made no attempt on her own to remedy this or to get someone else too. After this we paid and left. But this is not where the story ends. Starting at about 5:30 in the morning we both felt sick to our stomachs and over the next couple of hours would spend multiple times in the bathroom. Hence the reason I decided to write this review. I really would have given them zero stars but it won't let you and I really wish that I would have thought to take pictures. In hindsight we should have listened to the diner that was leaving and just gone somewhere else. I would not and do not and will not ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. In fact unless something drastically changes I will actually warn anyone I know to NOT eat at this restaurant. Like I started out saying I hate to complain but I feel people should be warned and hopefully no one else gets sick from this place.
Needs new waitstaff?♀️ Been there 3 times and the ONLY waitstaff we had that was good was bobby, and wasn’t even our original waitstaff! Chicken strips came out pink and cold, never had anything even warm come out each time. Took 20 mins to even take our order AT LEAST! Food would be better if it was actually hot. Got told “we actually don’t have change” for the $20 I had given and my bill was $15! Took 20 mins for us to even get our bills, and was handed it so rudely. I was super excited for this to get opened again, but it’s been a month and I see absolutely no improvement. Very sad.
Waited 20 minutes for a table for one. Half the seating was closed off with at least 25 people waiting to sit down! Open your tables! (3pm) it's Sunday it's Father's day! Take care of your customers! There waiters all over standing around...come on managers
DO NOT EAT HERE!! The manager named Jose is a huge douche. Treats his staff like absolute garbage, I shouldn’t see an employee leaving with tears in her eyes… I hope that girl is ok. On another note, food took forever and I didn’t even receive all of my food!! Will not be eating here again.
Took my 3 little grand daughters for lunch today. Our server Juanita was so kind and helpful
