Management was amazing! Had an issue with an order and the manager went above and beyond to correct the issue.
It was a long wait to place my order although the service was okay. I'd attribute this to staff shortage likely due to low wages and poor ownership. Food was good though so kudos to the staff that showed up and do their best under the circumstances.
Went through drive through this afternoon was only 2nd car in line. Ordered my mushroom &Swiss meal. Went to go eat my curly fries on the way home to discover the fries weren't cook. Still cold barely thawed out. Normally I don't have problems with my food from here. Rather disappointed tried calling no answer
Guess this location can’t take orders mid day while they are open. It was 3:10pm on 4/12/2022. As their delivery truck was bringing product in the person outside on their smoke break I assume receded to the inside when I pulled up to the drive through. Then after waiting for anyone to answer i realized I was going to be ignored by the crew. instead I had to initiate conversation only to be told they don’t take orders at this time. You guys might have more customers like your neighbor chick fil a (who’s drive thru was 6 cars deep and growing)if your employees would do the bare necessities of customer service.
Foods great but sat there in the drive thru, right at the window for almost 15 minutes after ordering and paying, just was waiting on the food. At 830 am on a Saturday with no ody ahead of me it shouldn't take more that five minutes tops. All I ordered was the breakfast Frisco sandwich combo and an added egg burrito.
Ordered loaded omelette and I remember it being “loaded”, this is definitely not the case. About 4 pieces of meat and almost no egg. Worst decision ordering this and makes me very disappointed because I used to love this sandwich. Never again.
Yesterday I was out and about & found myself with a hankering for a Mushroom and Swiss Cheeseburger and since I was close to Hardee's I went to the drive thru and got the meal deal. My food was hot and fresh, my Coke cold and refreshing and the whole experience made me SATISFIED! If it were more affordable I'd likely eat there much more often! Delightful!!
So is the new thing now to close 3 hours early? Google says 10pm but you close at 7pm, on saturday?? At least stay open until 8pm, give families a chance to eat supper as a family. Zero stars should definitely be an option.
If I could give zero stars I would. Stopped by after work on Monday at 7pm. Figured I would go through drive thru quick and bring dinner home for the family. I was the 4th car in line. Over 30 minutes later I still had not ordered and had a car in front of me waiting to order. Left and went some where else. Don't waste your time here if you want quick food.
The worker was eating Fry's while working and drinking a soda it took 20 min to get food and on top of it the buns were hard and food gross never again
