Ordered biscuits and gravy. French toast breakfast for my daughter. It was, just what we wanted. The sausage was nice and mild not spicy. French toast was very good.
If I could give it zero I would. The lady at the front counter insisted I made the error in my order when I get the same thing every single time for breakfast. No apologies, nothing. Perhaps if she didn't mumble I would have heard her repeat the order back to me and corrected it. But no I was stuck with a breakfast burrito that I didn't want. I threw it away upon leaving out of principle. These people have no idea what customer service means.
Food and service was good. Lobby clean and quiet.
I used to love arbys but then buddy introduced me to Hardee's and now Hardee's is my favorite. I think they have the best food from all the big fast food chains
Worst Hardee's ever! Stopped going there over a year ago decided to try them again. HUGE mistake workers can't get a simple order right, Went inside after waiting forever to get a refund, manger argued with me! Ugh just do your JOB! NEVER AGAIN! DONT GO THERE! NOT WORTH THE PAIN AND SUFFERING!!

I don't go thru hardees drive thru much anymore esp in south sioux but this morning I did and ordered the primal burrito which was very good and whoever the older lady is taking orders , she is very nice and sweet and she's always apologetic if things take too long , it's not her fault no one wants to work, but anyway she's always got a smile on her face and she deserves a raise for as efficient as she is , keep this lady around her good mood always changes mine
The young man working alone handled himself well and the food was fresh and very hot.
This place is good because of the staff. Very pleasant.
