I normally like thos fazolis and come here quite often; however today has been just awful! There were 5 employees that I could see however the Only one I seen working was a young man by the name of Ayden.The sodas were pretty much out, the salad was wilted and old, the food was Luke warm and no extra breadsticks. Again not impressed as I usually am. If it were not for Aiden I would definitely rate this visit lower!
I haven’t even tried the food yet, I’m literally sitting in the drive thru window waiting on my first ever order meal from this chain. My review comes from the experience that I had while ordering my meal and the experience I had when pulling up to the window. The employee that took our order “Ayden” is the type of employee every business wants “I’m a contractor”, it’s almost impossible finding employees that you know will represent your business and give customers an experience that will for sure have them come back!! The manager “Anthony”, is also the type of employee that ever business wants! Great Job guys, I appreciate it!!
we went there this evening. Two young men were talking to a lady in front of us about the fact that they had been "chewed out" ,in their opinion because they were shirt staffed. After the lady left, both young men left also as we waited for someone to take our order. I said, " Hello??". A person that seemed to be in charge looked out from the back. Finally one of the young men came and took our order. He seemed very inconvenienced that he had to take our order. My daughter had to go back up and get her salad as the boys disappeared yet again. Terrible service and work ethic. Very sad.
Was welcomed into the restaurant, our meal came fast but was cold. Only got 3 breadsticks at first and had to wait almost 30 minutes for the other "unlimited" breadsticks.
We were very pleased with our first visit and will definitely be back! Friendly service and the food was delicious!
Super clean restaurant. Tons of menu items and pizza and bread sticks were fresh and yummy. Also had the strawberry lemonade freeze drink. So good. Leann was super nice and and friendly :) would deff go there again!!
Just when I thought I've said enough they stepped it up yet another notch! Went and ate last night starving thought I'd have to wait a bit food my food but nope..it was actually speedy, hot and fresh they even added more sauce to the pasta and I didn't have to ask!!Thinking this may become my new favorite place ??? compliments to the chef!
Great food! They had a bus come in and everyone pitched in. I think they were short staffed, but the manager LeAnn was helping run stuff out and clear tables. I could tell the staff cared and were working as fast as they could! Keep up the good work!
The staff were very friendly, service was quick, and the baked spaghetti and fettuccine alfredo were delicious!
The food there is great and the GM Leann is a really great manager she makes sure that everything is perfect.
