Girl in the front counter got angry because she had to get off her phone to assist us and rolled her eyes like three times and was very rude. Both employees were just on their and could care less about the customers

We stopped and got smoothies and they were great. I got mango pineapple and 5 fruit.
Really rude service. -1 stars if I could. Ordered 4 things off the "2 for $4" menu. Was told the total was $13. When I asked why it wasn't $8 I was told I didn't order right. I let it go as an employee having a bad day. Then went up for sundaes. Again 2 for $4... I paid $3.29 each. She was so short with me I just paid it so I could leave. Won't go back.

Terrible service. They messed up our order twice snd tried to lie about it. The lady at the counter was super rude and sarcastic. I had kids with me. ZERO stars if I could.
Absolute nightmare, ordered food for the kids and ended up waiting an hour and twenty minutes... I asked for a refund but there’s a sign posted “No Refunds” the owner obviously knows that he under staffs the place and screws the unaware customers. I’ll never purchase anything from this DQ again.
As with most Dairy Queen's I have visited, ordering ice cream seems to be an overall better experience as opposed to ordering hot food. In my experience with ordering hot food, there is usually a long wait before receiving your food. According to the signs they are making your food fresh, although I don't know how much truth there is to this. The quality of the food is usually lacking.
Went here on a MONDAY at 3pm and the gal that was working was extremely rude. Kept giving us dirty looks as we waited 10 min for her to take our order and another 20 to get our order. Only 1 other person ahead of us at that time. (We only ordered ice cream). When she was making someone else’s food, she took the patties and pulled them apart on her shirt with no gloves on. Absolutely disgusting. I’ll never order from this DQ again.
