One of the best locations I've been to. The staff was thorough and friendly, and if course the soft serve is great. Went through the drive through for a large order after the dining room had closed and the guy who helped made sure he had my order right and offered a drink carrier without me having to ask. Very good customer service.
I did two doordash orders and they did a good job and did their best. The manager (she said she was from a different store) even offered me a free slushie for the wait but I had to turn it down because of it being almost nighttime. But the guy behind the counter kept rolling his eyes at me both times I came in. It didn't make me feel very welcome. Then the same manager yelled at me that they were closed but it said the closed at 9pm and they closed early on a SATURDAY night. She yelled at me and it made me very mad. I was trying to be nice and come for an ice cream cone that way i didn't get eye rolls again but it just made it worse. I guess I gotta deny EVERY doordash order for this restaurant now. Ughh
GREAT SERVICE.. We stopped to get gas and food as we were driving across the country.. it was 9:45 pm and we stopped by 3 different places that said sorry we are closed.. we pulled up hoping to get something to eat.. the Staff was amazing. very grateful for their service.
Had to grab an Oreo shake for my partner, since she was having a bad night. I got there 3 minutes before close, and the staff didn't seem to mind or get upset like other fast food places would. The shake was also delicious.
If I could give a zero I would. They gave me chicken bites. I ordered a 6 piece basket and I paid the price just to get chicken bites. Not only are they dry, but the employees couldn’t understand a thing like they were high.
I would just like to shout out to the new manager on Hamilton blvd. Chelsie was very respectful and was quick to get my order fixed when the lady at the counter, I believe her name was Angie was rude and messed it up. I will be sure to visit this DQ again. I also must say from the way it was managed a few months ago to the way it is now has been a complete 360. The cleanliness of the store, and the quick turn around on getting orders out is amazing. I will not be coming back to this location. went through drive through tonight and the girl working the window was so rude. not only to me but to the other workers as well you could definitely tell everyone there felt uncomfortable because of her (mikayla) the voice that actually took my order was a gentlemen and was absolutely wonderful but super disappointed by her attitude at the window.
Flipped my blizzard and spilled it all down the side of my door..not even a sorry just a laugh and I'll make you another one .no ill take my money back 7 minutes later I get handed a dirty ice creamed filled napkin a cup full of chocolate melting ice cream and a girl saying good by no refunds today and closes the window..never afain..ever..
Missing food called them to let them know and got yelled at by both managers and told that the only thing they can do is replace the food and that is only if we can come get it even tho we paid with a credit card which means that they could have given us some of our money back for the food we didn't receive.how r we supposed to go get the food when we had it delivered bc none of us drive.
Good food but they messed up my drink and then girl who was helping us was picking her nose then touching food. Pulling up her pants. Need to learn how to be clean.
