We eat there pretty regular. Tonight there was one cashier and three parties of people. The first party was taking a lot of time. A second cashier came to a register and stared at us. We left the line we were in and went to her line. She never said a word but we went ahead and ordered. She was far from projecting a welcoming attitude. The plus was that the food was great as usual.
Good deserts and great food. Their onion rings are exceptional, so as most of their burgers.
So service was awesome. But the food not so much. It was the smallest fish ever. And what happened to the burger. Just don't understand how you can send stuff out like this.
Had bad service today. Some of our order was forgotten and staff didn't handle it very nicely. Lady in charge thought we were lying about missing a few things off the order, she came all the way outside to confirm and didn't apologize. I thought it wasn't very professional. Will be going to the one in Singing Hills for now on. Food is always good though.
They have a good variety of choices for everyone, decently priced for whatever you order and their deserts are awsome especially their chocolate shakes with prompt service, it will be nicer if they ever open their dine in again but drive thru is good for the time being
Christopher is a friendly young man. Appears to enjoy his job even when washing windows. I was very impressed with him. Came in again for dessert & he was taking orders. Again pleased to see such a big smile from him. He recognized us from earlier. Wishing Christopher much luck in his life!TRN: 994101
My only complaint is that y’all need to post on your door that your dine in area closes at 7
I went here on Friday, the 4th. ordered my food. After a 20 minute wait I went home to find several things in my order were missing. I called and spoke with someone, who seemed to blame me for missing items. She did finally agree to send coupons. Five days later and still nothing. I should have had my money refunded. Why am I paying for food that wasn't received? Horrible customer service.
Lobby continues to be closed early due to limited staffing like so many other restaurants. Many times we have attempted to dine here and left because lobby was closed by 7 pm.
Food is good but service is not good and order has been wrong 75 percent of the time and it’s been extremely frustrating lately to never know when they are open. No signage listing hours. You just have to show up and hope they are open…. No one here at 7:30pm today….
