It's a nice place out of no where. But the food doesn't live up to the atmosphere. I mean it's Iowa and I ordered some sushi. Wasn't horrible right now, well see later but they have a sushi bar, a bar bar and regular seating. I ordered fettuccini (yeah weird combo) and the noodles were clumped together like they were sitting in water for a while. Probably won't return but it was a nice looking restaurant.
Could use better lunchtime staff but GREAT food, drinks, and location. Nicole is making some delicious drinks while delivering great service. Some angry looking waiters taking time to argue on the floor. No help at the front when I happened to arrive, however the kitchen and management seems to be on point. Love that I finally found an upscale environment with the tastes to match.
I’ve been to the Sioux City Crave more times than I can count and let me just say, EVERYTHING on the menu is great. I’m convinced there’s not a bad thing on their menu, no matter what mood you’re in.
The atmosphere is fantastic. Service was great. They have a great menu which includes quite a few vegan options so there is something for everyone!
I’ve never seen a restaurant with such a large vegan menu – literally 15 or 20 options! And the “regular” menu was huge as well. Service was excellent, and the food was very good (although for the meat-eaters in our group, the meat was a little overcooked). We had a reservation, which didn’t seem necessary, but I was glad we had it to be safe. Would definitely return here to eat next time in the Sioux City area.
Yummy. Super posh but also down to earth. Amazing food decent sizes great staff. Nice bathroom. Sushi was great. The cake was huge. Bathroom was very clean and had baby changing tables. The menu had a variety of things that catered to every type of eater and every type of allergy
Great food! The waitress was helpful with helping us choose what to order. They also serve a tasty brownie for birthdays.
Over-priced. Average food at best. Weird atmosphere and some of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in at a restaurant. To top it off, I do believe they serve INSTANT mashed potatoes. Anyway, that's what they tasted like... which means no flavor at all. They were dry as sawdust. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because our server was excellent. I'm told the sushi is excellent; maybe they should stick to that.
Spendy but very good. Atmosphere was nice, not private, but open spaces so the conversation was private. I had the Chilean sea bass, and my wife had a chicken pasta dish. We had a sushi roll as an appetizer. Service was very responsive. I always judge by how long our waters go empty. They never did until we were done with the meal.
Absolutely delicious!!! (Godzilla Special Roll/Blueberry Mint Fizz/Salmon Sashimi) very attentive and friendly staff. LARGE PIECES OF SASHIMI!!!
