One of the last bastions of great customer service and consistently great food.

Out food was disappointing. Lemonade had a ton of pulp on it and the frosted lemonade tasted like vanilla ice cream no lemon flavor. And the chicken sandwich were hot but the fries weren't. Not the usual way chicken Fila serves their food. Lots of people working the drive thru bur moat seemed confused and were running food to cars not in order. They weren't busy . Dead maybe cause of the 4 th of July Holiday weekend.
Not my best Chick-fil-A experience. Breakfast menu was still running, but they were out of biscuits and orange juice. (Supply Chain issues)Staff did their best, but 3/4 of breakfast menu is biscuits.
Playground closed still despite the pandemic being over and competitors and even other Chick-fil-A locations having theirs open. They are using it for storage and staff. We are a family of 6 and have historically used Chick-fil-A exclusively when traveling when possible. If this is a permanent change then we will largely stop using them.
I wish I cold post a picture but I literally got my sandwich without buns and wasn't mad cause it's great food but established my thought on why they need to open up more locations in sioux city. They have 2 locations in the same parking lot and working these kids like slaves.
I love Chick-Fil-A, but I am so disappointed with how they NEVER fill up their fries all of the way! Every single time I order a large fry, it has about enough fries in there to fill a small. Chick-Fil-A, your food is too expensive to be skimping on the fries. Sincerely, a girl who always leaves still hungry.
For the most part, this Chick-fil-A gets it right. I have had a few unpleasant experiences and messed up orders, but overall it's far less than other fast food restaurants, and they do frequently try to fix it. I like the fact that curbside is offered since sometimes the drive-thru line is absolutely crazy.
What is it about this restaurant? Every Chick-fil-A I have ever been to is so special. It's so warm and inviting and there is a wonderful "air" about this place! Food is fresh and excellent, too!
One of my favorite places to eat good fresh food at decent prices. I do wish they had easier access to the ordering line.
