The manager is short on people. Line is like 10 min or more. But overall, the manager is doing his best.
One of the ladies there, (probably not more than 19 I don't know) and a couple other younger workers were just standing around talking. I waited 9 minutes for my kids to get hard carpet like nuggets and fries. Very bland blank stares with the girl handing out drinks and then to huff and puff as I counted the exact change. Very I'll mannered kids as staff!
Bought a fish sandwich through the drive-thru. The restaurant has inside seating too had I been so inclined. Classic big fish tasted as good as always.
Not the greatest experience. Went in lobby. Ordered at 9:08 and got my order at 9:24. Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 milkshakes. The meat in my burger was old. Girl behind the counter was very polite and was the only positive experience.
Worst and slowest fast food drive thru in sioux city!! If you have 20mins to wait then you will be ok but if you don't just pass by this place.
Waited in the drive thru for 23 minutes for food that was cold and drowned in ketchup. Only thing warm was the strawberry shake.
Had my food thrown at me through window, would recommend if you like fist fighting???????
Don't understand how you can order a BACON KING two times and get home and there is zero bacon. Its the first word in the title. Seriously? And these fast food employees think they deserve $15 an hour and you forget to put bacon on the bacon king? My gosh. $5.25 sounds better.
Stopped there this morning and ordered a LG #6 meal with orange juice and a medium #13 meal , got the drinks right , got the burger and burrito right but did not give us the hashbrowns or the fries. This isn't the first time that the morning shift messed up
Pretty much like every other Burger King, good food and nice employees. Never have had a problem here.
