The food is usually pretty good. Just the Buffalo style is not.

I had asked for a dipping sauce at the window because I forgot to order it with my order. The employee who took my order was cool about it but someone else gave me the sauce and told me to order at the speaker next time. I told him it was a mistake and that he did not need to be rude about it but he tried to argue with me instead. Very disappointed.
This afternoon my husband, son, and I stopped at Arby's on Gordon Drive in Sioux City, Iowa and were greeted by a happy to serve young lady who could answer any questions and give me a yummy healthy option. She checked on us more than once to see if we were enjoying our food and if we needed anything else. She is a real asset to your restaurant and wanted you to know that. I really loved the place. The young female worker was nice to talk to and did a diligent job cleaning the lobby after accurately taking our order. They had our food out in what seemed like 30 seconds. The two for $6 deal made it afforable (we ordered four for $12) and the roast beef sandwiches were good.
Went through the driv thru today at 130 and got my daughter a turkey slider and got home and discovered it had mold on it!! Are the people that lazy or blind that they can't see it or get a new bun?!??Definitely called the Corporate number!Sad people are so lazy.

New brisket sandwich was good needed for BBQ sauce though, give it a try!!
