I honestly come to this starbucks every summer when I’m in town and I try to give a new chance every time and I always have the absolute worst experience with these workers. There is never a welcome in or a hello, they told us they were out of stuff we ordered on mobile and acted like it was a huge inconvenience when we asked for something else, there were eye rolls and snide comments on the side. I was given six food items with no bag and when I asked for one I was ignored. We thanked them multiple times and they just rolled their eyes at us and turned away. We walked out saying thank you and not one person even acknowledged us. I get not wanting to work the 4th of July at 9am but as a Starbucks employee myself going into another starbucks on a day off and getting treated like trash does not make me feel very good and makes me wanna take my business elsewhere when I literally work for this company.
Every time I stop at this store while in town they are always out of things. I stopped here just now for a drink for me and my sister and they were out of oat milk for her drink and out of the chocolate powder for the new chocolate cold foam drink that just came out a few days ago.This place needs better purchasing/merchandisingUpdate- went back today and they didn’t have the chocolate again, nor did they have cold brew even.
Not a huge fan of this particular starbies location. I sit here relatively often because I work remotely and sometimes need a new office environment. However, they are always blasting music so loud that it's hard to have a conversation let alone be on Zoom. It's also always super grimy in the lobby. Last time I came in, not a single table was wiped down even though it was dead and there was trash on the floor. The bathroom is also super dirty and smelled like a literal outhouse. There's also always a ton of inventory out just sitting on the tables not put away. Overall, just doesn't seem like a very well run Starbucks.
They always turn off online ordering and they also like to randomly close for no reason one time I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes in a big line just to find out they just randomly closed that day they didn't leave a note on the speaker or block off the drive thru but they left a note on the window that u can't see till you pull up there
I walked in and waited to order only to find out there was no way to order then I left and the kids behind the counter mocked me!!! This is unacceptable, in this day I shouldn't have to worry about some kids treating me like that. I was a customer and that's how they treat you!!!
They make a nice cup of brewed coffee.

Yesterday i came here and had a nasty experience, i think the meean person was the manager. Regardless today i came back and the other two employees were very nice and took great care of me. I totally appreciate them. 01/02/2021 6:30pm
When you spend over $7 for 1 cup of coffee you would expect it to be right and you kinda expect a full cup of coffee not 3/4 of a cup of coffee. Was also missing the toppings I was charged extra for. Not sure if I’ll be back.
drinks are great. accepted for the the paper straws love drinking out toilet paper roll. no darn sea turtles in Iowa give us real straw
