My baked potato was good, my country fried steak with sausage gravy was gross. Waitress was more interested in getting things cleaned up so they could get out of there early. Service was poor.
Ate at Perkins for my first time before work,they are very efficient when it comes to taking orders & cooking in the back of the kitchen for few employees being here,I highly recommend eating here & Estella the waitress is low key pretty chill instant respect!
We had a small mix up with our meals, but Dylan was great. Very polite and professional. Everything was fixed and tasted amazing.We also forgot to mention ahead of time that it was separate tickets. He also fixed that very courteously and happily.
Horrible experience! We came here for breakfast on Saturday morning and it appeared they were understaffed. I am usually very understanding when it comes to staffing and wait times-this was not the issue. I specifically asked the waitress for egg whites, instead received just scrambled eggs. When I told the waitress it wasn't what I had ordered she replied, "We've never served that since I've worked here and we're kinda busy so um-yeah." Anyways, she brought the bill out to us before we got our drinks or my egg whites. I walked in there thinking about getting dessert but wasn't asked and I would probably would still be waiting to get it. Very poor service!
Val is a great server! We enjoyed our meal - Cajun salmon; chicken bacon broccoli pasta; cheeseburger. Peanut butter silk pie is really good. Lemon raspberry drop was awesome.
I enjoy eating at perkins before going into work. The place is always nice and clean and has friendly staff. They do a great job as the food is always delicious. Kylie is also a great server.
Perkins had two people running the restraunt when we got there. Still the food was fast and delicious. The waitress Val was awesome and the cook that was bussing tables worked his butt off. Great job keeping everyone happy till help arrived.
Kind and good service
I went there and the service I had while being there was better than any other Perkins I have ever been to. My server Kylie was amazing she had an amazing attitude and was great with greeting me and my daughter. She made sure my drink was always full and I never had to call her to come give me a refill. I will be returning to this Perkins because of her. She is a great asset to Perkins I recommend never losing her.
it took five minutes to be seated. I ordered my food. It was made wrong. I sent it back and they came back and had to ask me again what I wanted. It was a simple order just a sandwich and add something to it. They then gave me a menu because they “weren’t sure” what I was talking about. They then were out of what I wanted. The waiter seemed over worker he was the only waiter. My order may not have been messed up if he had written it down or simply had someone else on the other tables. When my new order arrived it was the SAME food with simply added the forgotten item. The food was cold at this point. And it still was not what I ordered. Our drinks also sat empty for over half of our visit. We will not be retuning.
