I normally go to the other McDs in town and haven't been to the one on Federal for a couple years but it's just as good, if not even a bit better than I remember. The staff at both windows were friendly and they were quick. The deluxe crispy chicken I got didnt have a gallon of mayo on it either like the other store tends to do which was nice!Definitely a good McDs store overall, excellent location for those heading In or out of the South end too

Remodeling, drive thru only, not issue but. Order 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup. They make 2 hamburgers with ketchup. Go back and mention the burgers were missing the cheese. They remake, to their credit but this time put the pickles and onions on. Faced with a third trip back asked my boy if he can eat it, which he tried but didnt enjoy the burger. SAD quality control,

Mcdonald's always the place that no one wants to go but ends up at some point or another during a busy week or road trip or vacation. Two favorite food items are Mchickens and the double quarter pounder.

This is by far the superior McDonald's in town. It has much friendlier staff and faster service so the food tastes better too.

I ordered a Deluxe double cheeseburger with no pickle. I asked them to make it fresh not just pick them off, because I cannot have the juice either. I am allergic.When I got the Burger it was filled with pickles. I asked for a refund. The manager did not want to give me one she wanted to give me a card. I said if I would not have pulled over in your parking lot and opened it before I ate it you guys would be paying for my medical bills because I would be in the hospital right now. All I'm asking for is my money back.She told me to pull ahead she would make it fresh and refund my money. I said OK thank you.When they brought me the Burger there was no tomato on it. For the 3rd time I drove through the drive-through. When I got to the window she said there was no pickle on it I checked. I said there is no pickle on it you are correct. But I ordered a Deluxe and that is not a Deluxe. She opened it looked at it said yes it is. I said doesn't a Deluxe have tomatoes on it? That 1 does not. She said what's in the other 2 bags it was there I checked. I said why would I lie? I showed her the bags so she could look in side in them. She said I don't know what happened between the time that I gave it to you and right now. Why is it wilted? I said I don't know maybe, because I sat in line behind 4 vehicles to bring it back again. I really did not appreciate being told that I took a tomato off. If I wanted another tomato, I would ask for extra tomatoes. Why the hell would I lie about it?All I wanted to do is eat and not die. But apparently, that was too much to ask for this manager.

Clean store, had to wait in line a short time. Waitress was courteous, food was good!

Absolutely worst service iv ever had could not get the order right. some people want $18.00 hr. And can't even make a hamburgers correct .or even put the correct food in the right bag.

Went there during March for the shamrock shake and was told in the drive thru that this McDonald’s doesn’t do shamrock shakes.

Drive through was efficient as usual - they have it down!

Among other items, the two breakfast burritos received were runny with grease and liquidity cheese oozing from the bottom. It slopped on my shirt and cell phone on car console. The older gal that handed me the order was looking away and too occupied to say anything thing my way. However, the girl that took the order and payment was courteous and professional.
