I just ordered a Veggie sub and I got cheese on bread. My husband and I ordered meals, he got his drink, but not his sides. I was fine with it, but then I opened my "sandwich".
I have recently found Jimmy Johns and can I say yes!! I enjoy the bread, the vegetables are acceptable and the service has not disappointed. The hot peppers are a great addition to the turkey sandwich I order and I like how they offer the low carb options!
Your female manger is rude snotty poor service maybe you should choose better staff that is the 3 time she has been completely rude towards me
I'm pretty sure they gave my order to someone else and had to remake it. They seemed confused when I pulled up and tried to give me a different order.
The sandwich was dry and had very little meat and too much lettuce. It was like eating a salad on a bun.
Orders incorrect plus Delivery takes over an hour. This has happened on several occasions ?

Best Jimmy Johns I've had in a while. On a long 9 hour car trip and swung by for some food. The food was amazing. Nice and fast. Excellent layering on the meats. Definitely worth going out of our way!
Slow service in the drive through, and recently I got someone else's order. Was back to the office before I noticed and just had to deal with it. A technical difficulty today and the person responding was swearing about it while the drive through window was open.
Sandwich are always good. My only suggestion. Is to take more time and care making the Unwich. We are always frustrated because it always falls apart. We have to get this option due to an allergy otherwise we wouldn’t even bother. It cost just as much as a sand which so please make it carefully so it can be eaten with a little enjoyment.
