The person taking our order was very nice. The wait wasn't too bad for lunch time, we all were lined up but it was less then 5 min wait. Hot food! So nice to go through a drive thru and have hot food even when we got home with it.
For fast food, Culver's is pretty great. I had no idea they had a gluten free bun for their burgers. They warm it up too. I should have asked for catchup, it was a little dry without some kind of sauce. Fries were really good and so was the mixer.
Our family always enjoys going to Culver's. The food is great, the staff is friendly and is one of the only fast food places I have ever been that consistently gets the to go / drive thru orders right.We especially love the cheese curds and the various custards!

Terrible. 3 meals, one was made wrong, shrimp was overcooked, chicken strips had gristle. Took forever to get our food. The sauce we asked for wasn't in the bag when they finally brought it out. Called to complain to manager after the employee was rude and they gave us 1 coupon for a free basket meal. Real nice. Spent over 40 bucks on food and get a 9 dollar coupon. Sad the manager doesn't even care enough to make it right. Won't go back here and won't waste our money giving them business if that's how they run things
Love their food and custard malts. I've never been disappointed by Culver's food or service. Better food and better pricing than McDonalds.
Good food, friendly staff. My only complaint is the fish always seems to be soggy when I order it from here. It always tastes good, I just wish it was more crispy when I bite into the sandwich.
All American food, delicious and never disappoints. can be slow at times but with a ton of people there, thays expected
We had a huge group after a basketball game & the staff was absolutely incredible! The young man that was at the counter was so professional and acted so kind to each child and adult. We got there 30 minutes before they closed the dining area. (No other fast food restaurant is open in our area at that time to accommodate such a large group) They didn’t make us feel like a burden. Very thankful!
They happily accommodated a large group of us, basketball players and their families right before closing time.
