I have never had a great experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mason City. The last two times(in past 3 years) we visited the service was slow, the order was wrong and the food was cold. Tonight was more of the same. Took about 40 minutes to get our food and they weren't that busy. Enjoy the food but I just don't want to roll the dice on the service...will it or won't it be good? Additionally...I understand the challenges restaraunts face these says. I will not eat in again.
Food was good, staff was very friendly, downside my boyfriend got sick almost immediately after and I did a few hours later, we didn't order the same thing but we did try each other's foodPrice and wait weren't horrible either, it just sucks that so many of the people I've talked to have also gotten sick after
Great service with friendly employees and food came out quickly despite the place being loaded with other customers
The staff in this location hands down the best chill peeps ever. Only buffalo wild wings where I can honestly say my food was not messed up. I was greeted I love the customer service.
Disappointing experience. Asked for mild but got full throttle sauce. Didn’t get the celery and carrots I ordered. No silverware or napkins sent . Come on it was a to go order and they weren’t that busy.
I loved my visit today. My son took me here for my birthday lunch. fast,friendly service.
I order online always never had a problem but tonight we ordered over 100 in food and drive home not in Mason and our order is not only wrong but missing food. When I finally got someone to answer the phone they tell me they will re run the order I was like okay perfect because we have to drive back to mason to get it and this will be cold. Go all the way back to mason across town get there and it’s still wrong and food at home is cold and they are getting rude when we are not the ones who made the mistake. I think it will be while before we order from here upset for sure. Been waiting in town now for over 40 mins and still waiting and when went to car still didn’t have my entire order so back waiting!!!
Wow, only one of the sauces were actually covering the wings and all of the wings were stale and very over cooked to the point that they meat was crunchy. I looked at the menu and it listed ice cream with the chocolate cake but was told by the hostess that it's a 60 cent up charge. I mention that it's on their menu as included then she changed her answer to they didn't have any ice cream. I asked her what Asian zing was and she had no idea, if you are going to have a person taking people's orders they should at least know the flavors. A nice young man came over and I asked him, he also didn't know but went and got me a sample, I thought that was the correct way to handle it. I used the bathroom and the cold water was cut off. This establishment needs a lot of help bad hostess, bad cooks, and bad bathrooms.

Fast and friendly service, food were amazing. My family and I had a wonderful time.
