Grabbed a couple French Dips (meals) my son got a Sandwich w/loaded fries and a Choc Shake. Yum. The young lady was being very friendly! Yay
Always super fast and food is always delicious... A little spendy for fast food but worth it ?
Arby's is always good and consistent from store to store unlike Burger King or McDonald's where it seems anything goes these days.
Couple times I have not had good experiences there. I thought I'd wait to review but it continues to not be good. Today I ordered food for $9.30. When I got to the window the lady handed me the food. I had cash in my hand and she immediately took the food back out of my hands and make the "gimme" gesture with her hands. She didn't even say anything and had an annoyed look on her face the entire time. I gave her $10.05 because I wanted 3 quarters back for something. She *loudly* spoke to her co-worker, "I don't know why this lady thinks she can give me a nickel. I'm gonna just give it back." She handed me two quarters, two dimes, and the nickel just to be spiteful. She said, "You didn't need to give me the nickel because your just going to get it back." At this point I was frustrated so I just drove away without making a sassy remark back. She had short dark hair and didn't smile once the entire encounter. To top it all off, they got my order wrong and didn't give me a straw for my drink.... that was today 1-4 around 10am.
Waited at least 10 to 15 minutes for my food. It was like no one cared. Customer service there sucks at certain times.
The buns on our sliders where not fresh. Very slow service for no customers.
Very good food. Great staff and a really awesome manager!!!! She was very hands on.
Arby's may have the meats but its never been my favorite. It's good just not great just like most chain restaurants are. Ive never been to an Arby's and have been overwhelmed by the food or the service.
It was amazing the food was bussin the people were super nice as well the managers were super friendly and the employees helped a ton
