Lettuce was extremely soggy and wilted on the sub and the fountain machine had something wrong with it because the soda tasted funny.
Had a small Garden Party and a large ham. Both were pretty good. Slightly better than Subway with better bread and fillings. Bread sizes are similar to Subway, so more generous than Jimmy John's etc. Avocado is pre-mashed, not much texture to it.Dining area and restrooms were clean. Staff ok. Value is good, $5 Wednesday is the best deal by far.
I got the meat balr it had no sauce, barely any cheese the meatballs tasted and looked weird and my brother seen black spots in his soda worst and it came out to like 40 something dollars. Money wasted
Took order to go and order was not correct. Also if you do not get extra meat and cheese had what appeared to be 2 thin slices of chicken and one of cheese. Not a hardy sandwich

Which Wich did I choose? The Club Wich. Made with fresh whole wheat bread, the sandwich was delicious. I was just visiting Iowa City and if I come back I definitely will grab another sandwich at Which Wich! The place was clean and new. The staff was friendly and efficient. Pricing and selection was great for what I was looking for.
I have been there 3 times and they have messed my sandwich up twice. I am just waiting for the new Firehouse subs to open now
Placed order for delivery and it was ALLLLLLLLLL wrong. Called them. They were nice and promised the world.... completely free order done right, but I'd have to reorder and they were to arrange for the refund through Uber Eats. Did that, then got a call from UE that Which Wich (Iowa City) is responsible for the refund. That was a month ago and now I can't get anyone to take a call to even discuss the remedy. I originally talked to Jared (delightful) who passed on my info to his manager Ana. Ana made all the promises and is now ducking calls. When I do call in to request to speak with Ana, I get a very rude third degree. I'm out $70 bucks to these people. SMH.
Sandwiches were fantastic. Anna's customer service was above and beyond!
