Unlisted hours, poor management. Zero notice that they will be or are closed. Only wendys in surrounding area that is constantly mediocre if you able to get food. Not the lack of workers or supply. Hire new management that cares a little
Food was good, not as hot as was expected. Service was great and super fast. We dined in, was clean however the floor everywhere was sticky. The restroom was clean but floor was sticky in there too.
Wendy's, I am truly disappointed. Yesterday, my friend and I came to get 4 for 4's , which we have done many times without a negative experience. This particular instance, we received cold hamburgers, and the spiciest nuggets I have ever eaten. I have had spicy nuggets from Wendy's dozens of times, and it never burned the way it did with this experience. My friend and I could barely breathe, and are now having explosive, burning diarrhea. Additionally, the man at the window invited my friend to come see him after his shift at 10pm. It was very uncomfortable and I would suggest getting an HR person or better cooks. Thanks!
I didn't check my order from the drive up window and found out at home that an ordered sandwich was not included. Disappointing as there is no way to prove this problem after leaving the location. Just proves that the order needs to be double checked before driving away. My apple pecan salad was delicious.
This place used to be good, now it's hard to tell if it's even open. Online listing says it's open till 9pm, went by at 5:30 to get a Frosty and they said, sorry we're closed.
Only ordered from this location and handful of times and this is the third time they have completely botched our order. My experience today:1) The food was cold.2) Two of the three sandwiches had missing/extra condiments and sauces we specifically asked to exclude.3) french fries were cold and so overcooked/crunchy it felt like I was eating potato chips.**Steer clear of this location.**
+1 for friendly and speedy service regularly.-1 for lack of plant-based options as a corporation.-1 for closing the lobby to delivery personnel. Edit: +1 for reopening lobby.+2 for staff offering a soda for delivery drivers. It makes providing our services and personal vehicles for your business just a little better.
Gone here quite a few times now and the food is always fast and fresh, a fair price for acceptable food!
Ever since the pandemic they have been closing at ridiculously early times. I asked the manager how to know when they're open and she told me to check Google because they keep it updated. Came to the drive thru at 7:30PM and saw a car receive their food ahead of me. I came to the order station and they said sorry were closed. I said really your website says open till 8. They laughed and said no we're closed an hour early tonight which was a lie and said they need to update their hours. As I drove past the window there were 4 employees just standing around talking to each other not doing anything. Don't waste your time here after the lunch hour. The evening employees have been the most rude and usually mess up at least part of my order.
Placed a mobile order and went to pick up at this location. Took 25+ minutes waiting in the drive thru to finally get my food. Drive away and saw that half my order was missing. Tried calling the location and no one answered. I went back to the drive thru, told them the issue and the gentleman said to just pull up to the window and they’d help me out. After another 20+ minutes of waiting I finally get to the window and am greeted with attitude. I show them my order and what’s missing, they hand me my a bad of food, I quickly look in and see everything is there and leave. I get home and see that they gave me a junior fry instead of the large I ordered! This is the second time I’ve had horrible, slow, and incorrect service from this location. I will not be going back, the one across town is much better!
