The person training/cashier was VERY nasty & unprofessional. She’s was annoyed before she started dealing with me. I was patient there were 3 ppl training and I waited while a trainee was putting their credentials in the system. She asked me my order, I pointed to the window to the only special there and also the Philly sandwich. She rang up the wrong thing, I asked about a cup (the special on the window was a combo) and she got upset and said that’s not what she rang up, she now has to void the order. I reminded her I pointed to the window. With an attitude she said there’s a lot going on, I pointed out she had a bad attitude, that I did point to the window at the special. She was very nasty making a scene, so I said I didn’t want the food to put my money back on my card. She said she did, I asked her for confirmation that she did, She furious, she threw everything in the garbage, the sandwiches, the receipts. I keep asking for the void receipt, she finally went in the garbage, opened it and slammed it on the counter. All while trainees are watching. I guess I was the one she blew up on cause she couldn’t handle the stress of training ppl in the middle of rush hour. I did nothing to her she wasn’t paying attention to what I told her my order was & instead of being apologetic she got very upset.. And on top of that I have to wait a while before the money goes back on my card 6/30/22 @ 11am

Was delicious. They did a great job filling all orders in a timely manner.

6/4/22 the guys working to care of my order for 13 so fast and did it with a great attitude. Thanks guys!

Very nice establishment, two staff in particular stood out: David and Joe. They work like crazy to make the subway experience a good one. Kudos to them

Great store! Joseph is my favorite sandwich artist!

Training of new staff is very sub-par. I orders the Baja chicken bacon sub. The staff couldn't make my sandwich another employee who looked like he knew what he was doing had to make it. When I asked for pickles the new employee gave me only the very few that were in the pan. When I asked for extra pickles I got " I'm afraid that's all I got" instead of looking for a back up I got about 4 pickles in my entire sandwich. If training is going to happen first thing is a hat only one employee had one on the female employee had her hair up at least but the other gentleman had nothing on his head. Please make a training guide for new hires! Won't be visiting this particular location anytime soon. Tighten it up please

Management needs to make sure there is more than one person working at a time. The poor man working tonight was flustered and stressed, and working as fast as he could, but there was a line to the door, and I saw several people leave because of the long line.

They're always nice and pleasant here and they multitask like beasts. Plus, they're always ready to remember the order of ingredients even if it's a super long list which is like awesome. That's great! They take great care of the store and are very funny when they talk to you. A1

staff was very friendly. I ordered sweet onion teriyaki. it was very peppery and the meat on a 6 inch doesn't cover all the bread.

I’ve been to this location a few other times, and the service is usually fine. Today, one of the sandwich artists David was extremely rude and hostile towards his coworker whose name I believe is Sam. He is much older than her, and it seems she is fairly new. He was yelling at her, slamming trays and bossing her around very rudely I can’t even explain it. I couldn’t believe how utterly rude he was. I have worked at a Subway before and know how busy and hectic it gets, but that is no excuse to treat your coworkers like garbage. Whoever is managing this location seriously needs to get this situation sorted, I would absolutely hate to work with someone like him. Absolutely rude and unprofessional.
