Walked in an hour prior to the buffet closing, which is 2 hours before the business closes. My hubby and I were told we can only get to go items, not allowed to sit....Be aware if you make plans that the door and website hours are not correct....No seating after 8 pm on a Saturday.
On April fools day (April 1, 2022), I went to Pizza Ranch to have dinner and when I went to the arcade in it, I played the only arcade game with no tickets, witch is Cruis'n Blast and I think this game is fun and I talked to the prize station employe to compere this arcade game and the Nintendo Switch port. I think the both Arcade and Nintendo Switch port were the best ports.I hope I can come to this place again soon because it was a fun place I have before.
Got 4 pieces of pizza and they closed the buffet yet the hours online say they are open till 10 and buffet sign on front door says 11-9 for fri-sat and its sat
Absolutely horrible, wanted me and my family to have a nice lunch together and we walk in and see 90% of the tables filled with dirty plates, cups, etc. Already disgusted how the staff could let this place look like this, when you could clearly tell they had enough staff. I then walk over to the food and their were not that many options to chose from. Only a few pizzas to choose from, and greasy chicken that was about it. I suggest you staff stop replying to these bad reviews saying you'll do better, and actually make actions instead of saying you will. This is ridiculous and highly unprofessional. I do not recommend going here at all, disgusting environment and food that tastes about 2 days old. Do better.
I like the atmosphere of the other one better. The selection was better than the other one, though. Both have great food, and friendly staff.
Amazing service, Dylan was friendly & attentive, Every employee was kind & greeted my family & I, we felt welcomed & enjoyed our food! The food was warm & freshly served! Great variety of items, corn, green beans, salads, mashed potatoes & their pizzas even have all kinds of toppings on it, my favorite was the broccoli topping but they will definitely customize anything to your liking! Definitely worth what we paid, very reasonable! Alex from the arcade, was helpful & exceptional, my kids had so much fun! Great team work!
Only a few pieces of chicken were out and very greasy. No pasta in dish. Very few pizzas out. One desert pizza was doughy. When chicken came out it was good. Cheese pizza crust was soggy. Corn and green beans were cool. Salad bar was adequate. Finally filled pasta but sauce was showing the bottom and not refilled. No cones for ice cream. Very expensive for the quality and quantity.
Went there today around 2:50 pm. The place had maybe 12 people there eating. I was able to find one table in the entire place that had 4 chairs and a clean table. Every single table except for a couple tables with a total of 12 people in the entire place was completely filthy. They all were covered in dirty plates and dirty glasses. It was one of the most disgusting places i have ever been too. The worst part was two employees were sitting at a clean table eating while several elderly people started to come in and could not find a place to sit that was not covered with dirty plates and glasses. I even took pictures of the the empty places but yet all the tables covered in filth. I will never eat at this pizza ranch again. Never seen anything like it. I understand there is a big staffing shortage nationwide, but i watched a person running the register, a person in the kitchen, a person filling plates, a person in the game room and two employees eating while 95% of the tables were covered with used napkins, dirty plated, food piled up and dirty glasses. Im not one to comment on something like this but it should be noted. Either change your ways or close your doors. I know of someone asks me about the pizza ranch, i will say go elsewhere or take the risk.
The person who answered the phone did not know what a "thigh" was. He had to get his supervisor, who accidentally hung up on me. I could not place my order as the line was busy. My husband did a walk in order. When he brought the food home, the chicken was over cooked and the biscuits, that my husband waited 15 minutes for, were burnt to a crisp. Not happy customers.
Terrible service. We used to be very regular customers until the pandemic. Last month we arrived and we ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza for take-out, and waited for it to be prepared, but the staff forgot to actually enter the order so we sat for an hour waiting. Today, we wanted a pizza and a chicken bacon ranch and phoned in a takeout order. When we arrived, 20 minutes later, they had put our pizza order on the buffet, said they would need to make another pizza, but could not say how long we would need to wait. No one on staff appeared to be particularly concerned, and of course, there was no manager in sight. We left disgusted--not sure if we will come back. Two strikes--lousy service, lousy attitudes, no management controls.
